The product is good quality
The product is good quality, comparable to any other lingerie you can find in stores - except this is cuter!! Most styles have adjustment options to tighten or loosen and that is nice. I found for sizing it fit a bit on the smaller side for me, but customer service was absolutely outstanding about the exchange process to size up. Will definitely be buying more.

The mila set looked fancy online but I didn’t expect it to look this elegant in person. The lace catches the light nicely and feels breathable. Shipping took around three days and packaging was simple but neat. Honestly impressed.

delicate details with impressively quick shipping
My lois set arrived neatly folded with tissue paper inside which felt really nice. The lace detailing is delicate but still strong enough for daily wear. It took around three days to reach me which felt fast. Everything looked exactly like the photos online.

Frustrating experience
Frustrating experience. Didn't get my package (not their fault), but trying to get a resolution with them was a nightmare. For weeks they kept saying they'd get back to me and I wouldn't hear a thing. In the end had to raise a credit card dispute to get a resolution. Customer service in these situations could be much improved. I won't be purchasing from here again.
