Received a faulty shoes, I had to return it and yet pay all the extra return fees which is very disappointing
I also paid with Klarna, and it is charging me some return fees which I’m trying to get resolved with Lace & favour
Given that it’s a bridal place I think their return policy should be easier as buying a bridal shoes is not a straight forward decision. Also when receiving a faulty item I would expect a full refund with no extra fees. But I guess anything with wedding or bridal written next to it would have extra charge for any given reason.

All the items we ordered we received quickly and sent in lovely boxes.They were just what we were wanted for our daughters wedding.The prices were very good and got discount off also , plus free delivery.Would recommend this company.

shoes were perfect! i don’t usually wear wide fit but I chose it now for extra comfort. given im not typically a wide fit person, I would say if youre truly wide fit, it may work for you or be still a little too narrow.

Order arrived in 2 days. Shoes were perfect for occasion but unfortunately too small . I requested an exchange and they came within a wk. Emails to customer service were replied to straight away. Great service would recommend

Great product, beautiful and elegant heels. Pretty details, as far as i can tell yet very good quality and the unboxing experience really made it all feel like one big gift. They did fit a very little bit large, but not too much.
Not a single problem with customs to the Netherlands. Their claims to take care of any additional costs for customs outside the UK couldn't be more true. Above all, incredibly fast delivery. Mine were deliverd within 4 days of ordering and you are kept up-to-date very well about your parcel.
