I recently purchased my wedding shoes…

I recently purchased my wedding shoes from Lace & Favour and had such a great experience from start to finish. I originally ordered my usual shoe size, but unfortunately needed to size down once they arrived. Harvey and Stephanie were both incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process.

As the smaller size wasn’t due back in stock for a few weeks and wouldn’t be in stock while I attended my dress fitting they very kindly allowed me to keep the original pair in the meantime so I could still attend my dress fitting without any stress or worry. Their communication, understanding, and flexibility made everything so easy and completely stress free.

I’m so grateful for their help and would highly recommend Lace & Favour to anyone looking for beautiful products backed by amazing customer service which can be very difficult to find these days! Thank you for all of your help x

Would definitely use again

I ordered a silver wrap for my step daughter’s wedding. Ordering online is usually a gamble but the shawl is perfect. Exactly as described on the site. There was a problem with my address on despatch and they rang up so was quickly resolved. I will definitely use Lace & Favour as my first go to in future

Beautiful products, expensive returns for EU customers

Beautiful shoes, but disappointing customer service for international customers.

I ordered a pair of shoes that unfortunately did not fit. I immediately reordered another size and kept the new pair, so this was essentially an exchange. However, I still had to pay £15 return shipping and no goodwill gesture was offered.

What disappointed me most is that free exchanges are only available for UK customers, which was not very clear at first.

The products are lovely, but international buyers should be aware that returns can become expensive very quickly.
