Best product I have bought in years!

Love these so much! I own a home that is over 100 years old. I now breathe easier, sleep better, dust is almost non existent! Cannot endorse or recommend these enough!

Buyer beware customer service sucks

I ordered a 4 pack of their ionic air filters. One quit working after a month. Wrote company with picture of plate on bottom..6 months later they keep asking for more info ridiculous

I am impressed with the LabCharge…

I am impressed with the LabCharge ionization units. They have been on for a week plus and I am starting to see results in terms of the air and clear evidence of increased settled dusk. My only criticism is that there is not ability to turn off the unit's lights while the unit is operating.032326

The website is easy to navigate

The website is easy to navigate. The price was great and within the week or so I don't smell the dog and smoke smell as much, it's much fresher.

The worse scam company stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered then Feb 14th, and immediately tried to cancel. Since no response i tried the 16th of February, no response. I called paypal and put a dispute in. The item was never shipped, not that I wanted it. Just want my money back. And so far Paypal has ruled in there favor. Just filed another dispute. Stay away from this scam artist

I have used these for less than a month…

I have used these for less than a month and I am already not waking up with a runny nose. No filter to change is perfect! I am also starting to see less dust around my home. I have a labcharge in my living room, dinning room, kitchen, and my bedroom. They definitely work great!

Wrong cord bad customer service

Called and emailed the company with no answer. The cord I got with my order is s not the right cord. Both sides needs a C. Yet the cord has a small end and large end.

Hi Patricia,

One end is the standard USB 2.0 (the bigger end) that plugs into the wall adapter. The other end is a micro USB (the smaller one) that plugs right into the center port on the device. You’ll see it located between the two regular USB 2.0 ports on the middle ring.

Those two outer USB ports are mainly for charging older phone models—like an iPhone 7 or earlier, or Galaxy S2 and similar.

Support and warranty

This company should not be used. Their product is good but if something does not work or you want to use warranty forget it. I purchased 2 units. One did not work. I have call and set emails various times. I have received nothing. I still have 1 unit and I bought two. It has been over 2 months now. They sell you and don't support you 1000%.

The company replied and told me to send email. That tells you something!

The company sent one replacement unit when I sent me email. This had to be the tenth or so same email. The sent to the wrong address. It cost me $11 in postal fees charged to forward. They did not apply after requesting refund. They sent 1 unit. No compensation which I requested. This company needs to close it's doors. They have no customer service whatsoever. Good luck if you order and nothing goes wrong.

I ordered 6 units to cover my house

I ordered 6 units to cover my house. In most cases it works as advertised. Except one unit did not work at all. This is where it got frustrating, I called and left 8 messages, GOT no call backs! Emailed 6 times and finally got an answer, I had to make a video of problem, I did, and finally they sent me a replacement. There needs to be a easier way to take care of problems. But all but one other is working now. It works but got real noisy. So I don't trust it. Just saying.

I plugged them in & 3 days later no…

I plugged them in & 3 days later no dust. We live in an RV & I would dust a room then come back to that room an hour later & it looked like I hadn't even dusted. No problem with that anymore. Thank you so much I have a cleaner home now.

Bad Customer Service

Bought a box of 4. One did not work. Customer service doesn’t get back with me. Tried email and phone, can’t get anyone to reply. Customer service does not exist!
What a bad way to run a company! I am sorry that I purchased from them! It’s been about 4 months and still no response!

Haven’t had them long enough to give you a true answer. I received 3 and one is nosier than the other two. The other two are very quiet.
