They sent the wrong cords, then I had to send them a video of the problem. I ordered four units, and got four of the wrong cords, like they haven’t sent the wrong ones out on every machine! I’m not recommending anyone but from this company! Not sure of the exact date, but sometime in March, or February.

Seems to be working well with most odors. My dog has serious allergies that make him smell bad which makes my house smell. Has helped with most of the odors. Gave one to my son and he says it's helping so he takes it room to room cause we can't afford any more.

Late shipping, not the advertised 7 to 12 days, broke within 30 days, had to ask 8 times for a replacement, never received 3rd item, was then told a video was needed and then told never mind the video to then be told oh yea we do need a video after all, submitted the video, started over due to people not reading notes, then to get told I need to pay shipping.

This company is a scam. They sell you the units and when you have a problem they don't help at all. I would not recommend doing business with this company.. I'm very disappointed in their coutomer service.

I like the shape and size. I got the colored ones. They are really quiet. I have only had them for a week but I can notice the difference already. Would highly recommend them.

I purchased 3 purifiers and all went well with them for a few weeks and then 1 simply stopped working after making a horrible sound with the top light turning red after being green for the full two weeks. I called Labcharge at least 5 times and left messages with no return call from the company. I even took the broken charger with me to Houston when I went there for business last week hoping I would hear from the company but no one ever returned my call. I called again yesterday, left my info and still no return call. Called again today...no call back. The service is very poor BUT the 2 remaining chargers are working well. I want the 3rd one replaced at no cost per the policy! Hoping to hear something soon!!!

I ordered 4 of the LabCharge devices. One motor burned out, 2 more are making loud noises. I have called and left a message 3 times and I have emailed 3 times. I have yet to get a response from anyone. The one that works is awesome, but this company obviously has a quality control issue along with a customer service issue. Don't waste your money.

I paid for my order and never received a confirmation. I emailed the company 3 times, as well as calling and leaving a message, with no response. I still have not received my product. Had to go to my bank to dispute the charges.

I'm not sure if the product works or not. There is no evidence. My house is just as dusty as it always was. The main issue was that after a few weeks, the units start buzzing louder and louder. One unit even began making a loud clicking sound that made it impossible to use. In my initial purchase, I purchased the lifetime warranty. I sent an email to the company. They sent an email back right away with some troubleshooting tips. When those didn't work, I sent another email requesting a replacement. After more than a week, I finally got...A BILL! Yes, I got a bill saying I had to pay for shipping. I am shocked. I think there are better products and companies with way better customer service. I won't be purchasing any more products from this company.

Purchased 4 through Amazon and 5 through Labcharge. Sent Amazon’s back and asked for replacement because two came out of the box sounding broken. Gave one to our son. Set the other 8 up mid January. We are down to 4 working units. The others got loud, at the rate of about one every 7-10 days after the first month, some sounding like they were grinding stones. We contacted Labcharge and were sent troubleshooting guidelines. When they didn’t work, we were asked to send video. Then we were asked to send purchasing information. Then we were ghosted. No response after asking for one a few times. But they kept asking for a review, so I told them. They asked for a video as if I hadn’t already gone through the process. I do not have time to keep going through this loop. Many others report similar experiences. Customer Service responds until they realize the product is defective and they stop responding. I assume they hope you will just go away. I will. But I will warn as many people as possible in the process. Apparently at least half the units are defective. So, any benefit to the cleaner air is lost quickly.

I was skeptical bc we are conditioned to believe in order to clean the air, you must have some sort of filter and or hepa system. Well...was I surprised and shocked at these air cleaners. My eyes no longer tear up. My throat and nose are no longer cloggedand irritated. Simply put, these cleaners are beyond wonderful. After a few days, I realized my breathing had improved 100%.

Ordered the air purifiers twice and was thinking of ordering another round, but having to deal with Lab Charge's customer service decided for me that I would not be ordering more units. One of the units from my first order started making a loud humming noise and I contacted them by email to find out what I needed to do. After a week I got a reply to make a video to show what it was doing, so I did, the same day. Two weeks later I received an email with a bill for $14.86 to cover the cost of shipping one replacement unit under warranty. I paid it within a day or two and two months after that (and a lot of back and forth with customer service and not getting any answers to anything) I have finally been given tracking info that the unit will arrive next week. Not holding my breath. I've filed disputes, complaints, etc., Lab Charge doesn't seem to care. Now I find out that the order for my replacement unit shows free shipping, so what did they do with the money they charged me (and countless others no doubt)? I really haven't noticed any air quality improvement since using the units, I've even doubled up in a couple smaller rooms with no effect, so not sure these units do much of anything except drain your wallet.
