Inadequate Customer Service. The sizing chart for pyjamas was completely wrong for the items I ordered. Items fit at least a size or 2 bigger than as indicated. I had several sets ordered for my niece's bachelorette weekend. I has spent time measuring all sets and recording the true size next to the numbers in the size chart. They do not acknowledge that their chart is wrong. I have to spend more time finding stores to do the exchanges in as one store did not have the sizes I needed. I am not paying service fee to do the exchange by mail, when this was not our error. We did our due diligence.

I recently visited La Vie en Rose and was extremely disappointed with the fabrics . I have experienced significant skin irritation from the materials, which was both uncomfortable and frustrating. The quality of the fabrics has noticeably changed, I will no longer be supporting this store.

I hope La Vie en Rose takes this feedback seriously and reconsiders the materials being used, for future customers.

They not only shipped me the wrong item, the item they shipped was also ABSOLUTELY not what was advetised. When I contacted them, they kept "offering" me a 50% deal on my "next order" and telling me how very sorry they where. What a scam.

I guess the bad purchase is also on me. Their website looks like a blueprint for scammers.
