They have faulty sizing and when i requested return for 5 tees i was only refunded amount of 4 and since then I'm not able to get a hold of anyone who has any answers what so ever. It has been couple of months but this issue is no where to be resolved. Worst customer service ever. They don't really care They just want your money 😡😡. I'm not able to connect any customer service 😒 worst brand

I have returned the t-shirts which I ordered since the fit was not correct. After a month they have refunded half of the amount to the wallet saying they have received only two t-shirts instead of 4. Complete scammers

Ver bad service, delivered wrong size. They refused to exchange. Waste of money and time. Never shop with them.

I have ordered from this fraud company website.There is no return or exchange of the items.Even i tried to contact with the mail provided on the delivery package so the email is not even exist and called contact number and they said its not returnable once placed order and disconnected the call.Such a fraud company and quality of the items are too poor to use.So dont ever buy anything from this fraud website.Bloody scammers and fraudsters.

Scam don't buy anything from this website it's just a scam you will never receive the refund nor a product . I ordered 5 T shirts and it's been 8 days still it shows shipment not dispatched . Customer care is just saying that delivery is not available in your area while other brands are delivering all the products

This is one of the worst company I have purchased products from. Literally they have just done fraud but nothing else. I am sharing my experience from kwabey.com I ordered three over size t-shirts of rupees 1300 using the coupon from their website after I received all three t-shirt on about one April one of them were of wrong size I had ordered all of them in S size but they send me one t-shirt of M size you can clearly see the mistake was from their side so I contact it them quickly and told them about this issue they told that don't worry your issue will be resolved very quickly. just refund the t-shirt no service cost will be deducted (by default if you refund anything hundred rupees will be deadcted as a service charge) so I just followed them and refunded my t-shirt after 15 days i.e. 15April 2023 they refunded me half amount almost I don't know why are they fool literally first they told me no service amount will be deducted and after they have done fraud so I just contacted them again and what they said is sorry sir this could be a mistake and we will resolve this in 7 to 10 business days first of all every users cannot wait 7 to 10 business days and my t-shirt was of 599 rupees and they have just refunded the money 333INR you want believe I contacted them more than 10 times as they promised that they will refund the money in 7 to 10 business days you want believe I am writing this comment on 4May 2023 (over a month after that incident) and still my money is not refunded. when I call them they just say wait sir your ticket is already in service and you will receive your refund soon but I don't know when they are soon is going to come. this could be there strategy also to fool the customer and let them by three T-shirts and send them one t-shirt intentionally wrong so that they will refund one of them and they can make profit easily literally I am not expressing my comment how frustrated I am please if you are looking at this comment just boycot kwabey.com for sure...

Very bad experience with Kwabey. I will never trust you again. I did place an order and 1000rs but it took 7 days to deliver it too late, apart from that the service of kwabey is very poor

I purchase 4 t-shirts recently. Very very thin cloth, like inner wear. 3rd quality print. In website looks like rubber print but not rubber it’s just 50Rs color printed t-shirt. Very much disappointed. They only refund in wallet. Why I buy from the same website if there are quality issues. I said in a call, I have quality issue please refund my money they said , we can’t go again our policy. I said I agree but you can’t provide me a special good quality so please understand quality issue and refund but they are not ready. I am going to file complaint in consumer forum againts #kwabey #kwabeyTshirt #kwabeyfashion

No communication ,I have cancelled order did not receive refund ,also the second order placed was delivered very late, very disappointed will never suggest any one

Fake website , scam to loot money in term of cheap offers. they willl never deliver your product

Poor service I have paid my 2 t shirts amount 449 by upi but I didn't get and order id or order related mail or msg I have send a mail on care mail but I don't get any reply for my query they are totally fraud

I have placed an order i.e on 17th April 2021. I have paid through Phonepe, and the payment is done successfully. But I didn't receive any order id or any order confirmation in my mail and in my kwabey account. Please try to solve this issue. Don't try to fool and fraud people money. I being a student it is difficult for a student life to survive in this lockdown period.

I'm totally Impressed abt quality of products, keep maintain the quality ever n add variety n fashionable items I'm looking forward. MUCH LOVE
