Never do any prepaid orders with them...

It has been two weeks since I ordered three T shirts on Kwabey and I still have not received my order. I was not informed that my order got cancelled, I got to know myself from Delhivery that the seller cancelled it. I want the refund to be initiated as soon as possible for the order ID 1****3.

Worst company to buy products from.

Worst company to buy products from.
They are bunch of incompetent people running some fraud company. They lure people in the name of discounts and just loot their money. They do fraud against their own customers. People who prepaid for their order are the victims. People who go for cash on delivery option get their products deliver sooner than those who went for prepaid. They don't reply to your emails. Thier customer care no. is not working. Ask anyone...everyone has to say something bad about this company.

Kwabey is a fraud company its almost…

Kwabey is a fraud company its almost 3-4 weeks since i made payement and ordered no update yet. Please dont order anyone from them. I am going to raise a complaint against them and post my experience everywhere so that no body else get into their trap.

5-12-2025 - Ordered 4 t shirts - -order id - 998478 worth Rs. 888
9-12-2025 - emailed customer care informing return not allowed on there website
10-12-2025 - customer care says Black Friday sales are non-returnable
11-12-2025 - asked where it shows non returnable with screenshot
12-12-2025 - customer care says it’s shown at 2 places but didn’t share screenshot
12-12-2025 - asked to once again share screenshot
13-12-2025 - asked again for screenshot where it says non-returnable and I shared order process screenshot which doesn’t have any non-returnable note
14-12-2025 - customer care asked to share order details again
14-12-2025 - sent the order details with screenshot
16-12-2025 - asked for update else will approach consumer court
17-12-2025 - customer care said booked for return
18-12-2025 - order picked by Delivery company
22-12-2025 - asked for update saying order picked up on 18th and shared picked up message screenshot
23-12-2025 - customer care says once item reaches them, will refund
29-12-2025 - asked for update as delivery company is delaying things
31-12-2025 - customer care says will update
8-01-2026 - delivery company says item lost in transit so asked customer care what’s the plan?
9-01-2026 - asked for update and said delivery company asked customer to contact vendor.
9-01-2026 - customer care says will speed up and update
16-01-2026 - no response so asked for update
17-01-2026 - customer care says raised concern will update
28-01-2026 - asked for update as no response. Asked to share corporate details so to raise complaint in consumer court
31-01-2026 - customer care says within 3-5 days refund will be initiated to wallet and not to original payment mode.
09-02-2026 - asked for update as no refund to wallet
11-02-2026 - customer care rudely says can’t give date but will happen.
11-02-2026 - informed this is not correct and I gave 16th Feb deadline
13-02-2026 - customer care says some technical issue but wil be done
13-02-2026 - asked to sort by 16th else I will raise complaint n consumer court
17-02-2026 - no refund to wallet. Emailing this timeline for one last time to customer care. If still no response, then will share this pathetic experience across there social media accounts and approach consumer court for the troublesome experience for more than 2 months they put thru to customer.
18-02-2026 - customer care sends a standard no timeline or solution email. They seem to be least bothered about customer.
Plz don’t anything anymore from kwabey, else you have to go through such pain from them for a simple and quick return process.

What's your policy on refunds u…

What's your policy on refunds u mentioned that u will refund the amount to customer personal account and when the order got cancelled u will add the money to your wallet and that can be only used for another order and u r trying to forcefully order the product without any interest of customer what is this behaviour??👎👎

It Is a worst and fraud. I Request you people donot buy this their service extremely bad , if it is taking late to get dispatch they must inform to customer and get in touch with them.

This is totally very bad and i personally fell its a scam they are not responding to E-malils and not reachable for theire contact .

I have booked T shirts amount paid in advace they are not even informing and product not yet dispathced its been a week

Scam

Fraud . I have returned their t shirts , but they give me a gift card as refund which I tried to use on their website. but they have disabled the gift card option. Waiting for one and half month for refund. They are not responding for my emails properly.

First I have ordered a tshirt from kwabey and they delayed by 10 days After that it come to me in that there was inside and they don't have proper customer support also they told me we don't know about the package we shipped it right they will not give the reply in email
Please I request you never use kwabey

KWABEY is a SCAM

they are scammers, they wont give you a refund ever. if you are lucky, you will receive products (which is again not a sure thing), but if you receive things, DO NOT SEND THEM BACK because, they will never refund your amount in any condition.
so NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM "KWABEY". they are thieves and scammers they are.
KWABEY IS FRAUD.
steer clear of KWABEY.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS CHEATER

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at [KWABEY]. The level of customer service was shockingly poor, with unhelpful staff and unacceptable wait times. It's disheartening to see a brand I once trusted fall so far from grace. I hope the management takes immediate action to rectify these issues, as my visit left me with a negative impression. I expect more from a brand of this caliber and sincerely hope they address these shortcomings promptly to avoid further customer dissatisfaction. Im waiting for a refund for almost 3months and have still not yet received it.

Such a cheap brand

Such a cheap brand, I have never experienced such services anywhere, no proper return policy, they take their own sweet time to give refunds,and that will also be given as credits, and when you want to use those credits that will not be available. Please do not trust this brand, they are nothing but scammers
