Again, Kvadrat is delivering carpets in respectless quality. the samples are always top and look awesome. but when you get the carpet, it has way too less knobs per m2, so the pattern looks rough and odd, the colors look kind of greyish and dull, instead of fresh and tight as it is on the samples. instead of a fresh light beige you get an odd warm grey and a pattern with a incongruous character. here you see: kvadrat treats their workers who do the real work with disrespect, that's why, they are doing a bad job. the carpets will be sent back to kvadrat. if they are not able doing a carpet like on a sample, i don't need any more carpets from kvadrat.
