Purchased the wonderful Kuxiu X40 Turbo.
Great build, compact, lightweight.
Shipped from China, but delivered in a few days.

Had a slight issue with a missing charging cable.
No quibbles, Stacey diligently organised for a replacement to be shipped out to me.

So far I have purchased four items from Kuxiu. I did have some minor glitches (did not read user guide about the min USB-C power required and the charger did not work, ordered the wrong item and requested help to change it prior to shipment, the item was placed by the shipping company to the wrong location..). In each cases Kuxiu support was prompt patient and very helpful. The products are well designed. They gained a loyal customer in me.

I recently had an issue with my travel charger not charing my Apple Watch. So I wrote to the company not expecting a reply as is usually the case. To my surprise not only did Stacey reply but did so within twenty-four hours. I was given specific instructions to test what exactly was not working and some suggestions to fix the issue. Nothing worked, as the problem persisted. Stacey was with me at every step. Never was there a negative tone or issue that there was indeed an issue. I followed all the instructions but was not successful at resolving the issue. Stacey kindly offered to send me a new charging block with accompanying cord free of charge. It arrived sooner than did the original purchase. Service was excellent which I why Stacie and Kuxiu deserve five stars.

Whilst I had originally ordered the B10 power bank, I received an email advising it was out of stock, and there wasn't a confirmed restock date.
Stacey quickly organised for the KUXIU S2 Qi2 5000mAh Solid-State Power Bank to be sent in its place.
This Power bank is great. It does it exactly what it should, The charging indicator lights on the base provide a simple charge level. It doesn't get too warm, which can hinder some mag chargers.

The quality and look n feel of the product is quite good. I have 2 of them at home.
However, the first iPad Standing charge I got is not charging anymore. Tried to switch charger and cable with no success.
Did not think of such a product lasting for 18 months max :(

Ive purchased several desk mounted and vesa mounted ipad magnetic stands from this brand. All products were of exceptional quality and superior functionality. With my latest purchase of a vesa mount for ipad m5 13" there was a delivery issue with a local carrier, kuxiu customer support was super responsive and sent a replacement product right away at no extra cost.

Very pleased with my x33 charging stand for my ipad pro 2024. Got a great deal with black friday discounts. It shipped from China to the Netherlands inside of 8 days. The product itself is awesome! It charges my iPad, the stand is sturdy and high quality and i've had absolutely no issues. I was very impressed with the quality of the product, even down to the packaging.

I had a problem with my charger and after a few emails they replace it as guaranteed. It was fast and very good communication

There was a problem with one of the products—the stand—the iPad wouldn't charge. I wrote to support and described the situation. They responded very politely and quickly. In the end, they sent a new replacement part for free and everything worked. Thank you very much, well done!

I ordered an iPad stand this year and it developed a technical problem with it so I contacted the aftersales of Kuxiu. After a couple of emails where they asked for more information and pictures and videos of the problem (to asses the problem) they decided to send me a replacement. Which they immediately did. Very happy with how it was handled. Great aftersales!

Product is good and works as advertised, except that the holding arm moves more smoothly in video than it does in real life (might be a breaking in period thing).

Magnets holding up tablet are strong, and easy to align. Critically, misaligning it still allows the tablet to be held, so a fumble doesn't awlays result in dropping the tablet.

Why I'm giving five stars is because of good service after something went wrong. I bought a magetic tablet holder on a ball joint, and the socket for the joint failed unexpectedly (but did not result in a tablet drop), with parts of the socket breaking.

The design meant that the part was replaceable, but not only that, Kuxiu was able to find me the part, and sent it to me quickly, with a spare, which I really appreciate

There was a minor defect in the unit (one of the pins in the power module arrived loose). I sent them a picture, and they shipped me a replacement right away! Very satisfied with the service and will buy again

I ordered the Magnetic iPad Charger. Delivery was faster than expected and the item is a good quality product. Any questions during the ordering and delivery were answered quickly by customer services. I would highly recommend.

it is very usefull and has good power

i bought the kuxiu s2 powerbank through their website. delivery was smooth, happy about that. 2 months in after having transported the powerbank in an inside pocket of my backpack the glass was shattered. the battery hadn’t fallen, or backpack hadn’t been severely impacted by an outside force or object. i was surprised to find it in this condition. i carry on to use it and contacted support. it’s been a week, no reaction whatsoever. i continue to use it, and carry it in my backpack in the inside pocket, now the glass panel is bent towards the inside, so strength is really subpar. didn’t fall, wasn’t impacted, and my battery pack is almost done after 2 months and a half. wouldn’t recommend at all. advise to look for other options.
