10/10. I bought the X63 3-In-1 MagSafe Foldable Magnetic Wireless Charging Station and the X53 Ergonomic Laptop Stand with Built-in 8-in-1 Hub. The quality of both products is excellent - both products are extremely strong, durable, and sleek. The design is smart, both products are compact and foldable, and the 8-in-1 hub on the laptop stand is extremely smart and convenient. I had trouble using the laptop stand and I reached out to their customer service. They were SO responsive, extremely helpful, and provided very clear troubleshooting directions. I didn't realize that the laptop stand needed to be powered to operate and that I had to use the Kuxiu USB-C cord to connect the hub to my laptop. Easy fixes! Premium products and service.

Best service for any Apple accessory

This has to be some of the best service I have gotten on Apple accessories, even compared to 1st party accessories.

The speed and efficiency with which they respond and solve my problem is a breath of fresh air compared to all other companies and services.

Thank you for helping me, thank you for being so empathetic and thank you for making it possible to mount my tablet on the wall for my smart-home!

KUXIU wireless charger

I’ve been using the KUXIU wireless charger for quite some time now, and overall I’m very satisfied with the product. The design is sleek, the build quality feels premium, and it works reliably for everyday use. It fits perfectly into my setup and has been charging my devices consistently without any issues for a long period.

After about a year and a half, I experienced a problem with the charger. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how professional and responsive the customer service team was. They handled my case quickly and replaced the unit without any hassle.

It’s rare to see such a smooth and customer-focused warranty process these days. Great product and truly excellent service — I can confidently recommend KUXIU.

Delayed Return Process – No Clear Instructions Provided

I am disappointed with my experience trying to return an item under KUXIU’s advertised 14-day “no-questions-asked” return policy.

Delivered: 16/02/2026

On the same day I received the item, I contacted KUXIU to initiate a return. The product itself was not faulty — the quality was great— but the colour did not match my setup. I clearly answered all of their follow-up questions and confirmed that the order met their return policy requirements.

Since then, I have had to chase them multiple times for basic return instructions. Despite responding promptly to their questions, I have not received clear next steps or return details. I’ve sent follow-ups on 18 February and again on 22 February, and I’m still waiting for proper return guidance.

For a company promoting a “no-questions-asked” 14-day return policy, the process has been unnecessarily slow and frustrating. At this point, I’m simply asking for clear instructions on where and how to return the product.

Charging time much slower than claimed

I have an iphone 15 pro and a kuxiu model x40. Kuxiu's website shows that it should take about 20 minutes to charge to 50%. The charging time that I am seeing is not even close to that. It's currently at 30% after an hour.

Efficient delivery. Product seems well made with nice finish.

Saw the travel wall charger and MagSafe phone and watch powerbank changer advertised on Facebook. I was a little bit sceptical but reviews on here seemed to suggest it was legit.

Ordered a powerbank / battery pack and charger each for my wife and I. Powerbank came first (think it must have been in stock in UK) and the travel charger a few days later (from China).

Both seem well made. Travel charger has a storage case.

Seemed efficient and prompt service.

My phone and watch charging device had…

My phone and watch charging device had a faulty watch charger. Needed to send a few videos thru demonstrating the fault on the charger but then a replacement device was sent out without any problems.

Kuxiu fully honoured the warranty provided with the product

My KUXIU X33 Pro MAX iPad Magnetic Charging stopped working after less than a year and their support doesn't reply to emails. I have written them 4 times to different email adresses.

Do not buy anything form Kuxiu.co

Poor quality and poor support.

Great company support

The customer service is exceptionally good. I had an issue with my X38 Pro Max Stand for 13 inch M4 Ipad. Contacted the customer support, they were quick to respond, sent quick fixes. Sadly the product recieved had an engineering issue (waiting to confirm) but they provided a new stand free of cost. Can't complaint issues can always happen but the way they have handled the case helped justify the price. Great company will definetly look to buy more products from them based on the customer supoort.

Bedside KUXIU chargers

Product was highly recommended and I purchased it with eagerness hoping to have it quickly. Regrettably a back order occurred but the KUXIU team emailed me and proposed an alternative model.

Shipping was a little painful as they attempted to deliver the rare time I was not home. Trying to reschedule delivery was more painful as I could not get a new delivery update from the last mile carrier.

I wrote to KUXIU and they answered very quickly and reassured me that they would contact the carrier. They took charge and I finally got the product. It works and looks great!

I’m thankful to the team for helping move the delivery process forward. I believe that’s when true customer service excels! When chips are down, do you care enough to fix the problem and help your customer? They certainly did with me!

Good job KUXIU!

Absolutely love this company

Absolutely love this company and everything I’ve purchased from them. I’ve got 2 of their X40 Turbo Qi2.2 Certified 25W 3-in-1 MagSafe Foldable Wireless Charging Stands and got a further 2 as Xmas gifts and recently got the K1 Ultra Qi2.2 25W Fast Charging 3-in-1 MagSafe Wireless Power Bank. Everything is great quality and really good communication from the company

I recently purchased the kuxiu turbo 40…

I recently purchased the kuxiu turbo 40 in October 2025 and within three month, I began experiencing issues with the product. I reached out to the email support team and after providing them with all the necessary details and even sending a video, I received a response in December with the same generic email. This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of assistance and resolution from the support team. Order: #KX162408

Poor customer support

Bought the Kuxiu X40 Turbo in Oct, the MagSafe portion that charges the iPhone stopped working on 25 Dec. Tried emailing and submitting a ticket on their website. Yet to receive any replies. Will update if this changes

I have tried troubleshooting with different cables / chargers / phones. Can confirm that it is the charger that has failed.

Sometimes something goes wrong but then.

I bought the X40 from Kuxiu it was a well made product but after 3 months it stopped working so I reported it to Kuxiu customer services. They replied and asked if I could do some testing and make a small video to show how I was setting it up. After sending Kuxiu the info they replied and offered and sent a new X40 replacement, the product arrived promptly and I am very pleased with its performance. I would and have recommended Kuxiu products and in these times it is refreshing to find and a company with professional staff and service that focus on their customers and reputation of products, thank you.
