Package got lost

Package got lost, team was extremely unresponsive, and unhelpful until about a week after my first email was sent. I understand it was busy but it shouldn’t take days for a response especially when my package was a couple weeks over the given shipment date.

The shipping took 26 business days to arrive! (ordered Jan 19th, was available for pickup February 25th). It definitely was not in the 16 business days

Yes they replied to the first email within 2 days, however the next email sent took 4 days (sent Feb 13, replied to Feb 17!), and the email after that took 6 days to reply!! (sent Feb 17, replied to Feb 23rd)!

Poor packaging/shipping/delivery experience

Silver was tarnished upon arrival and loose in the box. The necklace was knotted up and completely separated from the jewelry box. Also thought all their jewelry came in a silver globe but my necklace came in shipping box with a black box in the shipping box. No tape securing the black box closed and no protective packaging in the shipping box. I love some of the stuff on the website but I don’t think I can order from here again knowing how poorly my jewelry was packaged and shipped.

disappointed

My order was not perfect like a product of that cost should be, it was not closing perfectly and it gave me sensation of instability. The costumer service was really slow and I got my refund after 1 month and a half from the order.

Really happy

I was expecting much when I ordered the watch and my expectations still were exceeded! Great quality and such a compliment getter it‘s crazy. Shipping was faster than I expected and the packaging was great so that nothing could be damaged on the way here. Already recommended the brand to many of my friends and I will continue to do so:)

Got broken piece.No return accepted

Bought some earrings.They come impossible to wear as the loop do not open as should.Contacted the company same day when my purchase arrived.No answer,contacted them one more time 3 days later,got the answer that is to late and they can’t accept return or exchange.So,I left behind with earrings that are unable to wear.In my opinion the quality of the earrings is also not worth of price.Not recommended

As clearly stated in our company policies and on the earrings purchase page, for health and hygiene reasons, returns are not permitted.

If you were informed that the earrings cannot be returned, it must be because you did not notify us of any issues and only requested a return.

Very beautiful !

Seeing the rings on Instagram, i was quite sure they were not so pretty in live.
It was a mistake ! Actually there are SO MUCH beautiful for reel ! !! And they seem to be in good quality.

High Quality Products, But Customer Service Response and Attention Could Be Better

I have loved every item I've purchased from Kuurth. I think their collections have a really unique aesthetic, and their pieces always stand out in my wardrobe. I just wish the responsiveness of their customer service were better. I have had email threads between me and their customer service teams go on for sometimes months at a time as I await responses. I give some grace because they're over in Spain and I'm a US customer, but it still should not take weeks to respond to an email. They still seem to send their marketing emails pretty immediately without issue, though 🤔

Complaint – Quality issues

Unfortunately, I have experienced significant quality issues with both rings after a relatively short period of use (not even 6 months - gold legion). The gold plating has visibly worn off, exposing the underlying material. This issue is particularly severe on the Oracle Ring.

I have handled both rings with great care – they were not worn while showering, exercising, or in contact with chemicals. Given this, the rapid deterioration is unexpected and does not meet my expectations of quality, especially considering the price.
