I visited this store

I visited this store , I love silver so I was so excited. One of the member of staff immediately told me all the necklace is 125 pounds, I thought this is not a bad price. I showed interest about one of the Egypt necklace, another man immediately said there is 170 pounds. I felt really weird. So the case is if I don't wanna buy necklace 125 pounds, but if I am interested therefore the price go higher 170 pounds. So I decided to leave quietly! No thanks!

Quality items overshadowed by poor costumer service

Hello,

The products are good and appear to be of high quality, which is why this situation is particularly disappointing. Over the course of an entire month, I attempted to contact the brand multiple times regarding a simple customization request and did not receive any response whatsoever, not even a basic acknowledgment.

For a brand that presents itself as premium, this lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable. Good product quality should be matched by reliable and professional customer service. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of that expectation. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made in how customer inquiries are handled.

Bring back Gold items

I’ve generally had good experience with Twojeys. Over the last 2 years I’ve ordered from America and despite all the other negative reviews, I’ve gotten quality and affordable jewelry, and surprisingly always received my order quickly within a week or two. Their jewelry has never broken and looks great.

Only complaint which has stopped me from being a returning customer recently is I wish they would go back to making gold items. 2 years ago majority of the jewelry had the option of gold or sterling silver, and had much more variety. There were many items that I once wanted to purchase but got discontinued, and overtime gold items just got less and less sorted out all while the jewelry got more expensive which could maybe be accredited to everyone reporting the poor quality.

I just wish they would make more gold jewelry like they did a few years back, making their jewelry actually have variety again.

DISGRACEFUL

DISGRACEFUL - THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BOUGHT FROM. Don’t even bother ordering from here.
Visited their London store but ordered online and guess what… the order ships from Spain so they try to charge you import fees £76 no mention anywhere during checkout.
All items returned as delivery refused still waiting for my refund two months later despite them promising 5 business days to me twice. Had to do a charge back.

I ordered a Christmas present on the…

I ordered a Christmas present on the 10th December and paid way above average on delivery so I presumed it would arrive on time I couldn’t track it on their site had to download an app emailed them and only got one back on Christmas Eve saying that the delivery company lost it I could prefer it again or a refund but I was left with no gift for my son I emailed them back half an hour later and no response what so ever!!

No news on my order

I have ordered a product 3 weeks ago, and despite the website saying "We are committed to preparing all orders received by 10 am (CET) on the next business day", I have not yet received any news of my order or when it's shipping. I emailed customer support but got no response. I live in the EU so shipping is supposed to take 2-4 days, I get it might be more with holidays, but customer support is terrible at this point.

Worst brand ever

It's the worst brand I have ever ordered from. It will soon be 3 weeks since I placed an order on their website and I still haven't receive it. The customer service is really bad, it feels like they're just trying to avoid helping you.
I'm never ordering again and I strongly advise you to stay away from this website.

No response regarding return /…

No response regarding return / withdrawal

I contacted TwoJeys multiple times regarding the withdrawal of my order within the legal withdrawal period.

Unfortunately, I have not received any response so far, and the returns portal shows a system issue that prevents me from completing the return for all items.

I am simply looking for assistance on how to proceed with the return, but despite several attempts, I have not heard back yet.

I hope this can be resolved soon.

DO NOT BUY

bad quality and bad customer service.
the necklace i bought (sterling silver) broke after 2 weeks. there was no strong force involved..
Talked to the customer service about it and received a gift card was happy to receive a gift card about the price of the necklace.
then the shitshow began:
the replacement necklace wasnt send out for 10 days until I asked about it. 4 days later they told me, that they took more orders than they had necklaces and refunded me the 10 bucks i paid on top of the gift card. now I was trying to work out a solution and the customer service just stopped answering me.
Result: my money is gone and my girl has a broken necklace. lovely company..

They unexpectedly charge tariffs when shipping to the US, and there's no mention on their website, but only hidden in the small print. Also, they charge shipping for returns - I'm not sure why these European companies operate as dinosaurs.

I'm not buying from them again!

The worst customer service contact

Twojeys is my favourite brand, been a loyal customer for years. Unfortunately their customer service has reduced I placed an order 17 days ago, no update, tracking information says not shipped, I emailed with no response, sent a follow up and still nothing, contacted on IG nothing, on their website their chat with us doesn’t work. And their tracking of the order says it’s not been shipped… how on earth can you be a global premium brand and not have any customer service or communication ? I spent £150 and been depending a lot for years and referring people because I love this brand, but to have 0 engagement or follow up, something in this system isn’t working. I feel like my order got missed and no one checks up on this? Don’t you have KPIs to track SLAs and achieve a good experience? Not sure what else I’m meant to do, so disappointed. DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE THE EU AS THERE IS NO TRANSPARENCY TO EXTRA CUSTOMS CHARGES.
TwoJeys should make it clear before you pay you will BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND TAX ON YOUR GOODS. Yes, you can find them in the small print but it’s too late. I had to pay £65 on top of a £174 purchase. absolutely disgusted as this is a Christmas gift for my son. BE WARNED!

Impossible to get hold of

Impossible to get hold of. Have sent 3 emails with no response. Have been charged Duty on items delivered in tte uk from the uk site - makes no sense.

On the basis of not being able to contact them or hear anything bank I would say don’t waste your money.

DONT ORDER TO US

DONT ORDER TO US! Don’t know how much this apply to other countries but I ordered a $45 hat and the post office held it hostage due to a $50 tariff/export fee!!! The lack of transparency from them regarding this will never have me ordering from their company again.
