Customer Service

I had an issue that I wasn’t sure what to do about. The customer service answered all of my questions extremely quickly and they even gave me some recommendations for what to do. I felt heard and understood.

I sent an email with several points

I sent an email with several points - each one was addressed.
It was determined that my shoes had a manufacturer defect & theyre going to be replaced. I even get to keep the original pair!

Great service

Well, for a start, the shoes are great, and they do actually help, or at least they did for me. I purchased some for my brother's birthday. The package got lost in transit, and they are sending another pair without question. I like that.

Great customer service and care

These shoes provide great support for my heal bone spur issue, as I have three pairs. The pickleball shoes had a premature wear issue on the soles. My conversion and subsequent Warrenty submission was met with immediate resolution. Great understanding and communication from Lindee in customer service.

Get quality control under control, my feet are begging you !!

I have 5 pair of KURUS, best thing that ever happened to my feet….that said, of those 5 pairs, 2 pair have had warranty issues, Leo has been amazing helping me through the warranty process and they have stepped up and taken care of me but these shoes were brand new out of the box with problems. KURU needs to get quality control under control or I fear my favorite shoes ever will not be around forever !!
