KUMI Sneakers Reviews 

I ordered a pair of sneakers to be delivered in Belgium for a delivery fee of €10, but after trying on the shoes they didn't fit. When enquiring about returning I was informed that I must pay an additional €20 to return the shoes! It was stated that the customer would pay return costs, but no costs are mentioned even though this would be clear after entering my address. Also, paying €30 only to try on shoes seems like something future customers should be aware of and should be made more transparent on the website.

The quality of the shoes seemed good.

What can i say apart from WOW. Sustainable shoes that are of this quality! Having a pair that is walking me about three days a week from 2021 and still running. Now just received the hygge22 and man they look stunning and walk like a cloud. Kumi sneakers is the perfect example of how we should live! Good for nature, wonderfull quality and you can feel the love for all this in their shoes! I can only say if you doubt buy if you look for shoes go get them and never look back!!!!

Long wait but it was was worth it! Amazing sneakers, beautifully packed. Nice cotton bag as a gift. For me, madly in love with dogs, caring for them and helping to feed those in need is a big plus. My first KUMI but surely not last. Thank you! ❤️

Support was given quickly and efficiently. The shoes themselves are really comfortable and I keep getting compliments from my colleagues which is always nice! I’m excited to see how they hold up after sustained wear!

The project seems great and I can’t wait to try the shoes! Only feedback I can share right now is that I would have liked some extra communication from the team. More frequent updates and overall communication with the community/backers. Even a simple “Hey guys, all’s great and the project is on time” every 2/3 weeks would make a great difference :)
