Rug was just what we were looking for unusual and classy service was first class

I ordered my 1st rug from Kukoon last week. I am delighted with the cosy feel it adds to my room and the speed of delivery. I am very satisfied with the service.

I have multiple kukoon rugs and love the quality of them, for a washable rug they are a lot higher quality than you would expect! I also like that predominantly they are made of cotton!

Not too good experience with them. A rug came really dirty. So I had to return that item. Even for that they charged me some money despite it was their fault.

Also there was a missing rug underlay. They asked for a proof of packaging after receiving the parcel. How would I supposed to know that’s the practice for them? After exchanging angry emails, they sent me the item. I felt like they were not trusting me.

The rug I choose for our mobile home arrived safely and in perfect condition....actually nicer than the photos. I've bought a number of rugs from Kukoon over the years and have never been disappointed thats why I give 5 stars everytime.

I love my rug. It arrived much quicker than I thought. I expected that it might be creased and take a while to flatten out but it just rolled out beautifully. I got the underlay too which is amazing and really helps the rug stay in place without sticking to the floor. I am in the process of selecting more now for some other rooms in my house!
