My wife and I have been with Kuflink since 2017. It was a great company to start with but has disappointed us since the start of Covid. Briefly, 100% of my Active Select investments have defaulted, some repayments over 3 years late (as are my wife's).
91% of my Select Investment ISA's have defaulted (my wife's 87%) again, some over 3 years since repayment was due. Accrued interest in both are unavailable until the loan is repaid. This means it can not be used to reinvest and whilst there, it does not earn interest in its own right. As mentioned above, some interest has been accumulating over 3 years.
Are we still investing in Kuflink. Yes we are but not directly into loans. We learnt the hard way. We only invest in Auto Invest ISA's where we are certain of getting our investment back on a definate date or reinvest as we decide.

I previously wrote Kuflink a 5* review on here but I feel they have wasted my time in the last two months by keeping telling me that better deals were in the pipeline. Three came up in this whole time, one great one I missed because it was up for mere minutes and I wasn't receiving notifications but the other two mediocre deals my notifications were on for but I never got the heads up (I reported this but didn't get a response). In the end I decided to cut my (interest/profit) losses and withdraw all my money and, to add insult to injury, Kuflink are holding it up for no good reason!! There are definitely better P2P lenders out there now if you just do your research.

Kuflink still has the biggest allocation of funds (19%) of my total P2P investments portfolio. Kuflink is a favourite, one of my top perfoming platforms out of eleven different P2P companies I'm currently investing with. I've been a lender with Kuflink for 4½ years, since September 2020. My last Kuflink 5 stars review was in September 2021. I would've also given them 5 star reviews in 2022, 2023, 2024. And they've started well in 2025.
Keep up the good work Kuflink !

Very prompt reply and action to my query on change of address.
Good to know they are ready and able to attend to their customers unlike many companies these days.

Positive discussion with a service agent regarding an investment

This is the most opaque website I have ever encountered. Procedures are obscure and very poorly explained within the website, and I have simply given up attempting to get replies to specific queries either by e-mail or telephone. I intend to just ride out the three year period for which my investment is tied up, and then instruct the company to transfer the value at that time within it's ISA wrapper to a more user friendly ISA operator.

I was able to withdraw my funds successfully in a very short time and will now happily reinvest them in a Kuflink IFISA.

It's a good pier to pier lending platform. Comparatively good returns.

Been investing with kuflink for a few yrs now and apart from some loans running over, which can get a bit annoying, everything else seems to be OK. Rates are pretty decent atm and I've been increasing my investment to reflect this, let's hope they don't push them down too far, if the BOE base rate starts dropping. No complaints atm...

I received very prompt and efficient service from Kuflink in the repayment of capital with interest. It took me a while to work out how to use the website with its various options for investing, but they also have a helpful telephone advice service that answers promptly.

I didn't know much about investment but I wanted to try. After much research I decided to invest with Kuflinks out of curiousity. However, so far so good.
