Scam Company
I rarely write reviews, but I hope this one helps others avoid the same experience.
I was contacted by phone and promised that switching would save me money. Based on those promises, I agreed to the contract. The reality turned out to be completely different.
Instead of paying less, my monthly costs increased significantly. The information I received during the sales call did not match what happened afterwards. When I contacted customer service, I did not receive a satisfactory solution and constantly had the feeling that responsibility was being shifted instead of my concerns being addressed.
Even after many emails, I was left waiting for answers while important issues remained unresolved. As a customer, this was extremely frustrating.
Looking at other reviews now, I realize that I am not the only person who experienced something similar. I sincerely wish I had read them before signing.
