My order for sliders arrived within a day or two - really quick! Great service. Kept informed the whole time. Communications were great. Everything I ordered were just great. Even the bonus extra offers/buys. Very pleased. Now have some great sliders for me and for Christmas presents at an amazing price plus a bonus buy of a hooded blanket to go with the full priced ones I purchased a couple of years ago (fantastic quality). Have been wearing a pair of the sliders and they are just so comfortable.

I have now bought many items from Kuddly over the last three years. Some for myself, others as gifts for family members. They have all gone down a bomb, and they are all used to snuggle up in both during the day and at night. They keep everyone warm as toast.

I had ordered a pair of orange sliders many moons ago and loved them. Sadly they broke (not a drama after years of use), so I looked to order the same again. unfortunately the style had changed and there were no orange ones either. I ended up up with a light blue and a beige pair (not the colours I wanted, but the the least bad), and they come in the new style that I don't like as much as I did the old style. Why fix something that isn't broken? You didn't improve them, quite the opposite. For me at least.

Really great products and fast delivery. I've a few items from Kuddly now and no issues with any. Love the waterproof hoodie for family camping trips and the weighted blankets are great all year round.

The cooling blanket was much needed in the summer. Best decision ever to buy this.

Great items and friendly customer service

I was reaserching for weeks to find an ideal weighted and cooling blanket for this summer; until one lucky day I found kudd.ly Unfortunately that time everything was sold out and I religiously was checking the site every day to see when the blankets are back in stock. It took a good week until I was fortunate enough to buy two balnkets! I have been suffering with anxiety for a while now, and my husband recently sunk into depression due to grief of loosing his dad. I know that the blankets won't magically fix us, but they have been a great help in getting the healthy sleep that we all desperatly need. I am and will be forever grateful for these weighted blankets, they have made hell of a difference in our sleep routine. THANK YOU!

These are THE BEST shoes ever. The absolute best. Mountain climbing, ball gowns, shopping, days out, posh lunches...anytime...I am in my slides. And anyone who has ever asked...has ended up owning a pair themselves. I love these so much. THANK YOU.

Hi, ordered some outdoor jackets for when we are camping as it always rains, they’re very warm and handle wet really when I soaked one to try it out, it didn’t penetrate through, was an easy transaction and was happy with the price and product 😀

Great service price and quality kuddly sliders are the best and can’t be beat.

Bought several items a while back, pleased with items, quality, price, delivery speed etc…. Buuuuttttttttt since then have been anything but!!! I would not recommend; stock availability is poor, has been for some time, they’re still advertising 9 hoodies of which only 4 are EVER available…

You can sign up to see when back in stock which i did several times, year and a bit later still the same, contact customer service several times absolutely useless just state you can sign up for “notification” then ignore you… last email over a month ago completely ignored!

Obviously they can’t get the supply/stock they used to, but clearly believe it attracts more customers to “appear to” have a bigger selection… terrible way to do business and even more disappointing when you add in the 1-star customer service!

I have been using this company for a few years now, I first bought the waterproof hoodies for myself and my husband. After realising how amazing they are and this I truly mean, I have bought them for my children and partners as well as advising my sister and brother in law to do the same.. Which they did. I have since bought regularly from them purchasing the cosy hoodies, weighted blankets, sliders and eyemasks, (which I can say are amazing) for each of my four grown children and their partners. They have all gone on to purchasing for themselves from this company for gifts for their friends.
I do not usually write reviews but unfortunately this small company is closing soon and this is disappointing as they have been extremely good. Very quick to send out their products, very helpful when needing to use their customer service and good quality products. It's just a shame to see yet another good small company struggle to make it work under the footsteps of bigger companies that can afford to out do them!!amazing. I always try to support these smaller companies because when they are gone we will miss out on so much more.

Love my weighted blanket - I sleep for at least an hour extra every night and even though I do still wake up in the night I go back to sleep much quicker! Bought one for my mum too and on her second night she slept all the way through until 7.30am - which is unheard of - she’s usually always up and around at about 5am! My youngest daughter (11) wanted to try it and she loves it so much that now I’ve had to order another one :))))) just a lovely big hug in a blanket :) be warned though when they say weighted they mean weighted 🤣
