Very bad
They don't answer the emails in English on their website. The bank employees make believe they understand what you say in english. The customer service is bad. It is a no-go if you are not an Estonian due to the barrier language. Also, the don't have any bank manager in their office in Tallinn downtown. When the bank representative is lost he/she has to call a number. They aren't welcoming. It is really bad.
