Bracelet is amazing quality. The size I ordered was a bit big so I have contacted them to arrange replacement but haven’t yet heard back. I have however placed another order but again, am waiting for shipping which seems to have been delayed.

Amazing products and customer service
Amazing products for a great, low price. I've had one bracelet for a while now, it's only leaves my wrist when I shower, and it's still in great shape, compared to reviews of competitor's products falling apart after a few days. Where they really stand out from the others is the customer service, it's 2nd to none.
So great, I've just ordered 2 more, with engraved shackles. :-)

Can’t fault anything
Ordered the wrong size at first (because I didn’t measure) and the process of swapping them to a larger size was so incredibly easy.
The notifications and updates are great as it goes along. Can’t fault em.
Oh, and the bracelets are amazing quality!
