Made in China Alibaba nautical bracelets I never should of ordered from kraken terrible quality why can’t you manufacture your own bracelets instead of charging £15 for a £1 bracelet

I've purchased a few bracelets over the years from Kraken. The latest purchase has a redesigned buckle. It's horrendous. Whoever designed it wasn't having a good day. Makes the bracelet unusable. I'll not be buying anymore.

I returned a bracelet and requested an exchange - despite an initial email promising to sort out my exchange, further emails have gone unacknowledged. I have returned the item and have received no replacement or refund. They have the returned item, the money I paid for it and apparently intend to ignore me until I accept that they are keeping both. Disgusted and disappointed.

For those unsure about sizing (like me) I hope this helps. I ordered a small as my wrist measured 16.5cm’s, so at the top end of the small bracket. Initially it was snug around my wrist but after a couple of weeks it had loosened a little so I definitely went with the right size. I picked up the Leviathan bracelet and am very happy with the quality. It’s not the easiest to put on if you are doing it yourself though!

Got mine delivered today and they're fantastic! Amazing quality and look great! Would highly recommend! Sent an email about postage concerns and they got back to me the next day, top class store!

Wow, what fabulous customer service. I completely messed up my order & tried to change it. I emailed to see if I could change it, unfortunately it was too late. Never mind, I will order another & give the larger one to my husband.
Unbeknown to me, they had sent my new order & replacement in the same envelope. I had left it on the side while I tried to sort my mess out.
All sorted & completely my fault. Love the bracelets, very well made.
Thank you for putting up with all my messages & so pleased we are now straight.
Would definitely recommend & would purchase from them again. (They might not want me to😉😂)

2 stars as the prices are good however. Order 2 bracelets on seperate orders last week with the advert scrolling free next day delivery. Made the purchase and heard nothing since. No response from CS or anything.

Ordered two bracelets but only received one. informed them and they replied almost immediately, apologised and sent the second bracelet. Great quality, great customer service and fast dispatch and 1-2 days tracked Royal Mail delivery.

I ordered a T-shirt and 2 bracelets, I'm really happy with everything. These are Quality and unique. Sizing was fine for me. I will be keeping an eye on new releases.

I will be honest, I am delighted with the quality of the product, the presentation, delivery, communication. All first class.
What disappointing is the sizing of the product, and lack of instruction on how to adjust it. The measured size is incredibly tight. I went for the size that best suited my wrist. In reflection I wish I had gone up a size.
No worries. It's wearable. And looks great

It still has not even arrived. Ordered 2 weeks ago, been told that’s it’s been sent twice but not received the bangle. They did reimburse but that’s beside the point. Lots of lies. Will never use again or even recommend. Awful

Within a week of wearing it broke the metal pin, which keeps it together came out. So can no longer be used.

Great product and help to good cause I just had some issues with my orders that took some time to sort out witch was very frustrating but it was sorted out in the end big thumbs up 👍 for that
