Everything came all nicely packed. Nothing was broken or damaged. It just took awhile to arrive but it was worth the wait.

I joined this for my daughter as she is a big BTS fan and army. Very happy with everything

It's been a month and I still have not received my order. This was a Christmas gift that looks like it will not be here in time. If orders take this long to get to you then there should be no shipping fees.

There is a glue stain at the back of the hoodie that writes BTS at the
letter T and S. But overall it is great.

Ordered Med. Bias "sweatpants". #1 they are NOT sweatpants. So the items are not as described at all, they are like windbreaker material (cheap), they were almost $70 a piece. If they were sweatpants then I wouldn't even be mad. Not to mention a medium is more like an xxs. I ordered a medium because I new a small would be too small. The real issue though, is that they would not give me a refund because they are a sale item. $70 for FN windbreaker pants that someone put cheap stickers on!!! Are you kidding? I was only returning the items because they are not actually sweatpants as described! Absolutely terrible company! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE IT IS A RIP OFF!! NOT EVEN REAL MERCH EITHER!

The quality of the sweatshirts are a lot thinner than sweatshirts made in the USA so it’s disappointing and the Asian sizing varies too much. It’s difficult to find a good fit, especially the ones where it’s obviously random sizing with just a sticker versus a real tag.
I’m also disappointed that exchanges are non-existent and I was just offered the same item in a size I thought may fit but I pay for postage. Why would I bother paying for something I still have no guarantee will fit properly plus thin, rather cheap material and also cheap screening for decorations….?
Frankly, I was quite surprised in the quality after reading raving reviews before ordering, a turnoff granted BTS makes so much money and I would think customer satisfaction would be more fair. Was originally excited in ordering but have found better quality clothing with other companies like Etsy or Amazon. Regina Gantan

BTS hoodie came a little later than I expected as I had planned to wear it to their concert in LA Dec 2 . I may have ordered it too late so it was ok as my friend had ordered one from Amazon . It is a nice hoodie though can’t say anything bad . It fits nice and is roomy .
