If there was a zero star, I will literally give this a zero. This has been one of my worst experience that I have ever worked with with a man.. I have worked with Pakistani man manufacturers I have worked with Chinese manufacturers, and I have worked with Turkey manufacturers.. this Dubai manufacturer has to be one of the worst. Communication is all good in the beginning and as soon as you pay them, they ghost you they don’t respond on time. They don’t reply at all. And it has been two months that I have not received my products and the guy refuses to respond back to me to give me back my refund.

This business is highly recommended for those who is looking for elegant abayas. Their customer service is exceptional, and the product quality consistently exceeds my expectations. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and customer service specially with Mr Zia ur Rahman sales executive.. The ambiance is always inviting and comfortable. This is going to be my go-to place for purchasing my abaya . Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. The pricing is fair and transparent, making it a great value for money. Their service is efficient and punctual.

Catherine was a great designer. Went to her for a few samples. They were friendly and welcoming. Had a pretty good rate.

Currently working with them for our launch! Very responsive and fair prices! I ordered my first batch of samples and so far so good!

Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had.
I placed my order months ago, and until today I still have not received any tracking number, any shipment, or even honest communication.

Every time I follow up, they give me a new excuse and another false promise. I tried to solve the issue politely for months, but nothing changed. All I received was delays, stress, and complete lack of responsibility.

I trusted them many times, and they broke their word every single time.
And let me be clear — I did not write this review before speaking to them many, many times. Whoever orders from them will need a lot of patience.

I am writing this review so others don’t go through the same experience. I just want my order or my refund — nothing more.

Clothing is excellent. Bought 24 men's thobes. (cost 780 with shipping included). With some delays due to having to source new thobes from the factory, i received my products within 1 month of placing the order. Already making sales and will be looking to buy more later.

Mister Masood Shah is a great businessman and is good to speak with when he is available.

Eid al adha June the 6th of 2025, I ordered three abayas a total of $160, never get my shipping nor did they refund my money back, buyers be careful.

I purchased Abayas from Al-Arshe Malaki (Golf Islamic Store) a few weeks ago. I’m genuinely impressed with everything—from the timely arrival of my goods to Nigeria, the neat and stylish designs to the quality of the materials used. I got exactly what I ordered and they are all in perfect condition.

Their customer service is top-notch too. They respond to customers inquiry on time and are helpful and always professional.

They delivered what they promised. They were quick to respond and update. Alhamdulillah
