Kortana FX is great for its clear rules and support, though there have been some payout delays lately. I still trust them and bought another challenge at 40%.off. Using Easy Funded mt5, which I rented on MQL5, has been a game-changer -no pass fee costs or IP worries. It lets me focus on good trading while following the rules. Looking forward to my payouts once the delays are resolved❤️!

Don't believe the positive messages anymore, 99.9% of the positive messages are written by fake people just like this company of thieves. I have traded from only one computer with the same IP address, and the stupid management of the company claimed that I have traded from multiple IPs, without having any proof, while I have evidence that I traded from only one IP. Anyway, do not buy accounts from these lying scammers and thieves.

Can't login into my MT4 credentials anymore, it loged me out and support doesn't text back, account is still active but the login doesn't work anymore and it says (invalid account) and the Support team doesn't care at all. Extremely unprofessional and very suspicious for a scam.

Kortana's approach seems more befitting of a company run by a bunch of Teenage/20-year-olds rather than a professional trading platform.
I am a man of integrity in my late 50s, with an extensive background as a former Global Head of Fraud Risk Compliance in a renowned top 5 Global Bank. Your repeated assertions that I violated the third-party account management rule are unfounded and have still not been substantiated with any evidence, despite my numerous emails requesting such proof.
Your response continues to sidestep the core issues I raised:
1. Lack of Evidence: You have yet to provide any concrete technical logs with dates that demonstrate my account was accessed by multiple traders. Repeatedly claiming that my IP is associated with other accounts without presenting any tangible evidence is baseless and irresponsible.
2. Ignored Communications: My numerous emails offering detailed proof of my trades, including screenshots from my computer and associated notes, have gone unanswered. Your claim that you are available for further clarification via live chat is farcical, considering your consistent failure to respond to my emails.
3. Questionable Integrity of Compliance: A Compliance department that does not validate its findings with clear evidence or engage in transparent communication is a sham. Your refusal to provide the requested evidence and your dismissive public responses suggest a deliberate attempt to evade accountability.
4. Misrepresentation and Insult: Your claim that my comment is "a shame" and your continued insistence that I do not understand the rules are both inaccurate and insulting. I have meticulously followed all guidelines, and my adherence can be verified by the extensive documentation I maintain. To be told by your team that I infringed upon my account without being shown any evidence is an affront to my professional integrity.
Additionally, the positive reviews about Kortana on Trustpilot are obviously fabricated, filled with poorly made-up standard lines, often the first and only review by those individuals. It is clear to anyone with common sense that these are fake reviews, and I sincerely hope Trustpilot can filter out these concocted reviews.
Your statement that Kortana is a responsible, transparent, and fair company is contradicted by your actions in my case. I strongly advise that you re-evaluate my account with the evidence I have offered.
I reiterate that I will only remove my negative review and refrain from taking further action if Kortanafx honours my payout promptly and proves that they are prop firm who can be relied on. Until then, I remain deeply dissatisfied with your service and will continue to warn others about my experience.

I am very disappointed with their support and how they treat people who want to work with them. I was refused a withdrawal from an 8K account where I had to take somewhere at 4k, they found all kinds of ideas to reject this withdrawal. They have very poorly made rules and this will involve the rejection of all traders who want to be profitable.
I promise something and when it comes to the payout I reject without reason without listening and proving that I was the only one who transacted on the account.
They took the money on my challenge account without offering me the necessary support and building a long-term relationship together.
I will switch to the guys from FTMO from here on out, to be successful in the future.
I will recommend FTMO over kortanafx.

Seriously how can you use ip address when passing account to violate a funded account? And u call that account mgt...I beleive this guys are set to shut down anytime soon..keep off....Strange rules about ip address after you wrote to say no more ip...now account mgt violations based on
passing services..this is ridiculous....I observed only verified users on IG get payouts or anyone linked to Kelvin directly...Scam...they must find a way to violate an account that has good profits because they do not want to pay...they will delay u and say many accounts under review so you dnt put All hope there again...suddenly u will receive a violation message...kortana of 5months ago was not like this

stay away from kortana they change the rules non stop
first i breached ip adress rule, cannot be because ive used a vps
second time is now 5 minutes ago i breached hold over weekend trades and the took my account away
they are scammers !!!

been doing this for weeks already and now they breached

ive message them , they did not respond
its 7 days later or 5 business days
they are ripping people off
ive found another 6 people already
that have the same kind of issues with them
if you break a rule they give you 1
to withhold another maby to skip the next payout
so if i got enough people i will make a case out of this

Didn't get payout because my IP matched another account which is stupid when I use a public and staff wireless network at work so unless you have your own specific WiFi at work you cant use kortana.

Absolute ridiculous rules

I don't understand how I had a drawdown down of 1148 and then I did not trade again until the next day and the next day i took a trade and they said i had breached of which it should rest at 0.00 and I took a tread 6 hours after it should reset. I don't really get it. Then sending an email they i don't get responds until after one week. That my issue has been resolved and my account would be activated. Until now the account is still on breach and no response. It's crazy that you can't even communicate. Let's someone know if they need to move on or wait for it to be resolved is not that hard.

In this particular trade other party took trade on 03-06-2024 at 05:10:06 PM with entry point of 2340.37 and closed the trade with profit of 126.5$ at 05:18:32 PM with exit price 2337.62 , where as my trade entry point was 2340.36 at 05:11:30 PM and i closed this trade with a strict SL of -500$ with close price of 2344.36 at 05:39:55 PM.
( How can this particular trade match ? where the other party closed the trade in profit and i closed in loss with a different close price ? ) ,

In this particular trade other party took trade on 03-06-2024 at 11:24:43 AM with entry point of 2327.1 and closed the trade with profit of 51.15$ at 11:41:40 AM with exit price 2325.55 , where as my trade entry point was 2327.97 at 11:27:02 AM and i closed this trade with a strict SL of -500$ with close price of 2331.97 at 01:42:39 PM .

( How can this particular trade match ? where the other party closed the trade in profit and i closed in loss with different close price ? )

In this trade each and everything is different , our entry points does not match , our exit points does not match , most importantly our timing there is literally a 12 hours difference in our trade points , the other party placed trade at 2329.78 at 04:40:23 PM and my entry point was at 2346.36 at 04:40:40 AM

( How can this particular trade match ? where our entry points and trade timings are totally different with a difference of 12 hours ? )

In this particular trade other party took trade on 04-06-2024 at 12:10:26 PM with entry point of 2330.65 and closed the trade with profit of 11.4$ at 12:18:31 PM with exit price 2331.03 , where as my trade entry point was 2328 at 12:11:52 PM and i closed this trade with profit of 451.25$ with close price of 2331.61 at 12:24:07 PM

( How can this particular trade match , whereas our entry price are different , exit price is different , pipps are different , timings are different )

But yesterday i received another proof from another team support member of kortana , you can find the attached in this mail chain , Now the point is clear that there must be some mistake with my case , or else why will there be two proofs of evidence of which both are different and most importantly second proof has trade related to XAG ( silver ) which i never traded ,

I request you to review my case and approve my withdrawal as these allegations on me are fake , and i request for a detailed explanation for these proofs submitted by Kortana , if not i will be forced to take legal action towards kortana for submitting fake proofs and rejecting payouts on base of fake allegations of their clients ,

My experience with Kortanafx was absolutely horrendous. First of all, terrible customer service. At three different occasions of requesting payouts , they said I had breached some nonsense rules which I did not.

Three times I requested payouts and each time they had an excuse. I was up more than 7-10% each times , absolutely flippin shocking.

I’m not the first this has happened to, I’ve heard multiple people say the same thing, it’s actually distrusting how people build their accounts and you just take their funds, you’re literally robbing people of their hard work. Should be ashamed on how you run your business.

For anyone looking for a prop firms , don’t come looking at Kortana. I put hard work into this and all they do is take your money and your payouts.

Completely scamming traders. guys this firm is a fuc***g scam don't waste a penny on them you will never get payout. they will always come up with some short of bs to not pay you

This prop firm manipulates the broker's prices, opens operations where the spread is not present at that moment.

On the other hand, you must have a fixed IP, however dynamic they will end up telling you that you have operated from several accounts. Always remember that HFT companies have a lot of fine print and will do everything possible to prevent you from withdrawing.

Their investment strategies are unclear, and I have o idea where my money is going. I regret not choosing echelonis elitus, who provide detailed report and clear communication. I have never had to wait a long time to get paid with them.

I have been rejected 8th of payout and reason is totally fake! Stay away from this scammers.

Like many others on TrustPilot, my account was breached for ‘Account management’ I have only ever used one device to trade from and all trades were my own. After requesting proof for my ‘account management’ I received no follow up email for over a week now. This is a complete scam so avoid at all costs and go with other prop firms.

Account 11525. I was accused of account management with false evidence. They're liars, I operate my account alone with my cellphone and laptop. Kortana it's a total scam. They only want steal your money. Don't throw your money away.
