At first, I had faith that they would make the payments. I requested a payment on 11/07, following all the rules. They deducted a percentage due to the consistency rule, asked for my wallet for the payment, and then never responded again. It's horrible how they lie. They indicated on Telegram that they would have to migrate again due to broker issues. I've lost all faith... they are scammers who play with people's dreams.

100k funded account shifted 3 times to different platforms. now with recent shift from trader to mt5. trades are not updated in dashboard. Moreover no response from customer care through web chat or Emails.

need to improve alot , their payment system for crypto address automatically change every time we leave tap and entry again it will show new address

I have been trading with kortana since past few months and made the mistake of trusting them. I had previously requested two payouts but both of them were rejected. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued trading with them. Now this is the third time i am requesting a payout in which I followed each and every rule very seriously, but they haven't paid me out yet. Their customer support doesn't reply. It's the worst prop firm experience.

the daily drow down limit did not reset after 4 days and my account was cancelled before I reached over all draw down. I emailed them also tried contacting them using live chat but it has been a week and there is no reply

Kortana are big scammer. I have 3 account in kortanafx he breached my all account without any reason and don't reply my email .be careful from type of scammers

Brought a 100k account around 5 days ago now never received the log in credentials to the account or anything and have been trying to contact them and had no reply to any emails or live chat

I'm not one to complain but support especially when dealing with money is something that should be easy to access.
I'm not seeing the information that is on my meta trader account on the kortana FX website. I have been trying to contact the company since Thursday about the issue and I still have not received a response.

They've been dodgin' my payment requests for weeks. Every attempt to reach 'em and find a resolution has been futile. I really don't know what else they'll have me do to get paid. I have swapped them for Equity pathway llc, and it's been profitable for me. I got another payment from them just few minutes ago without the need to contact support for assistance.

Purchased a 100K account and havent heard anything - payment was taken, but no email confirmation, nothing in any email inbox, no response to live chat. So far, £500 down with nothing to show for it.

They never pay out and have a very bad support

Kortana Fx is a good choice for traders, but watch out for issues with IP address when it's time to get your money. A neat trick is to rent a Easy Funded mt5 from MQL5. It helps you pass their tests on your own and avoids any IP mix-ups when withdrawing your funds. This way, you keep trading smoothly and get your earning without trouble.

Kortana team, may i know how to reach you guys to know my payout status of #13875? i have placed on 1st July and waiting for long.

i m not new to Kortana that you guys can say it will take 72 hours for validation account and then 72 hours for validation of trades.

even though its more than 10 days that you guys not reacted to my payout request.

Problem with Kortana:

1. we can not recah them directly to discuss anything
2. their BOT will give us suggestion and we will send mail with details and they will take hell of time to respond.
3. if they decided that its a 'ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT' that's its they are not ready to discuss and provide the solution for that issue.

Its like keep your money in rubbers hand and wait for refunds.

i am not sure how these guys still get the positive reviews, might be all are paid ones.

ha, now they will mention their standard statement that ' We are currently paying over $3,000,000 per month to our merchants, which can be seen on our Telegram and on our Instagram.'

I created an account solely to share my experience and warn others about Kortana. The positive reviews are clearly fake, often repeating the term "mql5."

Yes, it's possible to receive a payout from Kortana—I did once, but it was a small amount. The real issue arose when I attempted to withdraw $7,000. My account was flagged for account management breaches. This account was on my trade copier, with the master copier being my other Kortana account. According to their rules, this is allowed.

They emailed me stating my withdrawal was rejected due to account management, providing an IP address as evidence, and subsequently breached my account. I responded, explaining that it's impossible for other traders to share my IP since I'm using TradersConnect, which provides its clients with a unique fixed IP. I requested a review of my case, pointing out that both accounts on the trade copier are Kortana accounts.

To anyone reading this, I swear to GOD I am not involved in account management. My hard work has gone down the drain. I bet Kortana will reply to this saying, "It's a pity, we reviewed and found you are using account management. It's really easy to follow this rule." It's incredibly frustrating because I am literally trading myself.

This has been the worst experience. I am more saddened than angry. I made significant money only to be falsely accused and rejected. I won't remove this review until they fix my case.

Kortna FX has been exceptional form the get-go! I used a Easy funded mt5 from MQL5, which made passing the trading challenge a breeze. The worst prop company of all the prop companies in the entire world. This company will block your accounts without a single reason. Do not risk your money on this company.
