Stay aware Of this Scam!

Stay aware!! I am here to warn you all about the terrible service and delivery of this company. I ordered a product worth €300 and I have never received it. I did not get a confirmation email either or track&trace. Costumer service is TERRIBLE as they do not respond to my mails or calls. They only seem to apply once you fill in a complaint to make themselves seem good. Do not order here. There is enough other sites you can order from who do not scam.

Thanks god i CAME to see revises…

Thanks god i CAME to see reviews before buying,becouse i really hate and give me a lot of stress waiting for a delivery. So i read enough bad comenta about that.
Thanks to those buyers wich take time to advice others.

Worst website that I used yet

Worst website that I used yet. Order is not delivered for 20+ days. Claims on website are false about fast delivery or delivery at all even after charging heavy delivery charge I get nothing.

Product broke down after 2 days of normal use

Product broke down after 2 days of normal use (umbrella-the poor/light attachments went out of the umbrella by themselves). Contact was taken with customer service, and they confirmed twice that it is because of bad use of the umbrella, which is absolutely not case. Bad experience. No intervention-nor guarantee possible.

Great service

Great service. Easy to reach local call center. Friendly and informative costumer service. Product was delivered in 1 day. Quality of the product was exactly what I had expected for the price. Great!

Airco scam

We ordered an airco 5 days ago, they promised a next day delivery. Still to this day the airco hasn’t been delivered. They keep saying “it is coming tonight” but at this point I believe that they don’t even have it in stock and just want to cash in the money during the heatwave.

Worst of all, I received a promotional email today saying order your airco before 12:00 and you will have it before 17:00 today. When they are not able to deliver the ones ordered 5 days ago!!

Customer service improved

1) I ordered some bamboe plants very late on a Friday night, just before midnight. I changed my mind overnight as my balcony is small.
2) Early on Saturday, I sent an email requesting cancellation (#371838318).
I also called many times because your website said that you are open on Saturday. No one EVER answered the phone.
3) On Sunday you responded via email that your could not cancel the order any more all I needed to do was to REFUSE DELIVERY.
4) I repeatedly said that I would NOT be at home as I am working. Eventually I stayed at home.
5) Your delivery person NEVER rang the bell of my apartment. He simply left the box in a public open place where anyone could walk in off the street and take it.
6) only AFTER many emails back and forth from 11-15 June did you inform me that it is not possible to return plants. What??
You could have said that at the beginning!!
Instead of telling me to refuse delivery---from your very CARELESS delivery man who never even gave me the chance to refuse delivery...
7) The plants are not of good quality; they arrived with many dry branches. Of course, they are continuing to die.
8) Thank you very much for FORCING me to spend more than 80 euros for DYING PLANTS.
VERY POOR QUALITY products. Very TERRIBLE customer service.
Your customer service has a tone of "got you!"...you obviously think your customers are fools!
I do not recommend this company!

UPDATE: after my negative review, the company offered to refund me the purchase price and a 15 euro voucher. Thank you!

What a shame to read that you were unsuccessful in cancelling your order, unfortunately when it has already been processed in our system we cannot stop it.

When the customer refuses the order at the door, the order is automatically returned. However, the customer must then be given the opportunity to do so, I understand that this was not possible in your situation. This is because the delivery service put the order on your doorstep without notice. This is very unfortunate, and we will therefore immediately report this.

To solve this inconvenience immediately we have decided to credit the entire invoice, and the full purchase amount will be visible on your bank account within 3 working days.

We think an extra compensation is appropriate, for this you will receive an e-mail from us. The plants do not have to be returned, we want to save you this effort.

Again we apologize for this sad situation!

Never Buy Here

Worst website ever. I have placed an order on June second. I haven't heard anything so far from them. I try to call them by myself and first of all they are barely reachable. After couple of time trying, had a person on the phone and he told me that it should be delivered to you in 1/2 days and that's why they couldn't cancel the order. 4 days have past by and still nothing....
