I have sent an e-mail to Koopjedeal customer service and after one working day with video as proof,Jessy from Koopjedeal responded with not much a do and a swift arrival of a new product was at my door a day after. I am speaking of my experience and it was such an excellent job of the company. I am looking forward and encouraging people who are reading my review that it's good to be enthusiastic buyers from their website. Products are legitimate and quality wise. More success to you Koopjedeal team for a wonderful customer service!

I ordered two items, but only one arrived. I did not receive any notification about the second item. After waiting for two weeks, I wrote to customer care to inquire about the missing item. They responded by saying that the relevant department will contact the supplier. However, after another week passed, I did not receive any update.
In the meantime, I received a notification from Billink asking me to pay for the items that I have not received, or else I will be charged a fine. I wrote to customer service again, and this time they said that the issue has been escalated. However, I received another notification from Billink asking me to pay again.
Overall, it has been a horrible experience, and I am still waiting for the missing item to arrive.

What you guys should know, the delay in processing and shipping is caused by one thing, they sell many things from china. even with express shipping it takes 1-2 weeks till the product from there arrives. after that they have to ship to you. my advice, before buying expensive things there check chinese marketplaces and their " up to 90% korting" becomes a joke in it self. they buy cheap and add a hefty profit on top. all they are are resellers or better said a dropshipping company mostly for chinese goods.

The claim of sending next day is a lie. Their customer service is non existant. Automatic replies by AI on emails. Pretty much money gone and 15 days later, received nothing. No customer support

They deliver to me the Item with missed parts, I have returned the item and they refund me back less money of what I have purchased, customer service is absolute inexistent!! stay away from this platform!!!!

The product i received is different than what i chose!
The order was lost, and it took almost 10 days to arrive.
I decided to return one of the items, which was €22, i paid the shipping fees and git back €9 from the amount. So total loss of €16,95 and item returned.
I contacted the customer service several times but no surprise, poor service with no knowledge of customer satisfaction.
My order was around €120 in total.

I received a faulty item and I had to pay €8 to send it back via PostNL. I wrote to them to complain as nowhere in the world one has to pay to return an item that’s not working. They replied promptly and offered to give me a full refund. I’m looking forward to receiving it and will update my review.
