Placed an order on 22nd November, item should have been delivered within 5-7 working days. That delivery eta came and went, no correspondence to tell me otherwise. I went back onto the website to chase my order, it has now been amended to a delivery date of the 21st December. I assumed there must have been a problem with the stock, so I decided to wait, guess what still not arrived, messaged them several times but no reply which is absolutely infuriating. Steer well clear from this sham of an attempt at a business.

Have received my refund.It took almost two months to get it back .I didn’t think that I could get it back actually after reading such a bad reviews.
I learned my lesson.

I didn't see the reviews from other customer and I made the mistake and bought from this store.ansolutely fake. I never received my order and not refund. I can believe how shops like this can still open. Please avoid buy from them😭😭

Don't buy anything from this store, as well as from the other stores they have with CIF B67319368: Kidits, Jardinitis. They're all FAKE. As soon as you place an order, you get an order ID, but that is it. You will never receive your items, you will never receive your money back! FAKE

Same as others - would give zero stars if I could! Ordered 2x chest of drawers back in May (through Wellindal but same Company). Had one email promising a refund in 14 days. Nothing received, no surprise. Raised a dispute with my bank in August as no responses to any of my emails from their customer service. Have today been asked for further information from my bank due to a backlog with claims (probably 95% Wellindal / Konstilo related!). Still no money back - please don't make the same mistake I did!!

This is a joke company ,don't buy anything from them , I pay €190 for some garden pane a month ago and now I have nothing, they said they don't have it and I'm waiting 3 weeks for refund now. Stay away from them.

Same problem as everyone: I've ordered a desk when they were Welindal and it never arrived. Customer service was rubbish and I just managed to get my refund by following other disappointed customer advice. I added their CEO, Jordi Marrón, on LinkedIn and, 3 weeks after contacting him, I've got my money back.

If you want to know how atrociously this company behaves, look at the reviews for Wellindal which is the previous name for Konstilo. They take your money and send you nothing. They promise you a refund and send you nothing.

You would have a less stressful time setting fire to your own money. ** DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CONMEN **

Scam company steal your money no orders no money bk 😠😠😠

I ordered from Wellindal. The order never arrived, they promised me a refund, they then changed company name (Konstilo) and they assured me I would get a refund. Still not money and i am 3 months chasing them. Avoid avoid avoid!!

I decided to cancel my order more than one month ago as company mentioned the item was not in stock therefore rescheduled a delivery date which did not work for my needs.
No refund received yet and they are not replying to emails either. Stay away from this Company. I started a process with my bank and hopefully will see my money soon.

Update: After contacting them multiple times I've received my money back today (circa 5 weeks following cancellation of order)

These guys are Wellindal.co.uk under a new name. DO NOT USE THEM. Ordered some shelves back in August, they never showed up, so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. I’ve spent two months trying to get refunded and so far, no luck. Avoid this company at all costs!

Liars and thieves. Had no intention of sending product or refunding despite promises of both. Had to get refund through bank 3 montgs later. This company needs to be shut down and the owners held to account. Just read the other reviews!

Terrible experience with Wellindal (now Konstilo). I have been waiting for a refund for over 7 months now

This company have changed their name from Wellindal - presumably because they were exposed under that name. Check TrustPilot for Wellindal before considering ordering.

This company is jardinitis/Wellindal/konstilo/ecom nodes their MO is to take money without knowing if they can fulfill and if they don't will not refund (although they will keeping replying saying it's a different department) lodge a chargeback with your bank (if credit card) post on LinkedIn to their CEO

They are changing their name from Wellindal to Konstilo to try and get rid of the customer complaints and overdue refunds they had. I have been waiting for a refund since March 2020 for an order they never even shipped and keep on getting emails saying they will process it and until now, nothing. I am going to the authorities with this case. Don't use this website - it's a complete fraud and scam.

Do not purchase from this website. No goods and no refund.
