If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a chair in Nov 2020 and following repeated delays and no responses from the company, I cancelled the order and requested a refund. I received confirmation from the company with a promise of a refund which to this day a year later I still haven't received.

As many others state they are a bunch of thieving crooks. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. I am amazed they are still trading. Lost £240. Stupidly only read the reviews after I had paid.
THIEVES.

Scam scam scam , I got caught 180 euros down 10 months later, no reply , no product . Don't be a fooled !!!!!

I bought a desk from this company. The driver left it at the door and was driving off before I could even open the door to review. The packing and desk inside were badly damaged, parts missing.

I emailed with 10 minutes of receiving the product to be told I could get a 10% refund. Absolutely useless. My only option was to send the desk back at a cost of £40. Being outside the UK they’re not subject to the same laws so don’t have to cover the cost of returned, even if goods are damaged on delivery.

I paid for a cupboard from this company in November 2020. I was told it had arrived in my home town in March 2021 then told it had been returned due to Brexit! After many requests for a refund I am still waiting. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not buy from this company... I ordered a shoe cabinet in October 2020. It finally arrived late January, but was so damaged I refused to accept it. Since then I've not had a single email acknowledged. I just want a refund, but have had no joy at all.

I ordered wall mural from this company on July 1st. Wish I had read the reviews beforehand. I was sent a smaller mural which was a different design. Tried to go onto website but seems it’s shut down as is their parent company Onnsport.co.uk. I keep getting a forbidden error on their web page. I hope they have been shut down and are getting dealt with appropriately for what they have done to people.

I have sent an e mail and this is the reply I received. Somewhat different from the previous replies.

Konstilo replied to me via Trustpilot advising me to go on their website which neither me or other people who have tried on my behalf can access as it still shows the forbidden 403 error. Thinking they are replying via an automated service to keep luring unsuspecting customers who read this response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Trustpilot what can you do about this? There have been a lot of complaints about this company. They obviously have an account with Trustpilot.

On the back of reading these reviews I have acted swiftly.
I have a late order and no notification of delivery now the original date has passed. I don't expect to see it and so will look elsewhere.
I do wish I had checked them out first - but have acted to ensure it doesn't drag on and I'm not reliant on Konstilo to sort it.

Fake, fake, fake!!!
Still nothing from Konstilo.com. The only sign of life, is there standard reply via Trustpilot. Same standard to all the other trustfull buyers. Shame on you. I don't give up. If I have to visit there office, I will :(

Got a reply that they are regretting the negative experience I've had and that i can contact them. That is hilarious,as i have been contacting them weekly to get my refund and I've received not even a reply!!

This company in my view is setup to rob your money. I ordered a desk in January, it never arrived and no refund. I have emailed them for over 3 months now and they say they will refund me immediately but it never happens. This company should be shut down and taken to court.

I was waiting for my package for three weeks. When I got it, it was destroyed as well as the picture inside. I had contacted the customer service and never got the answer. Lost almost 100 Euro. They have also a fake telephone number on there site...

Send 1000 of emails and got bulshit reply that they urgently contacting financial department, and soon they will send refund ,still waiting for my 200€ refund.

I wasn’t able to give 0 stars so had to give 1. AWFUL COMPANY!!!!!! This company has recently changed its name from Wellindal in order to rebrand themselves and start afresh from their bad reviews - check wellindals reviews on trust pilot. SCATHING. I never received my items for which I emailed EVERY WEEK for 8 months & they kept telling me the refund was being processed. I ended up having to go through my bank. Their items look nice but don’t be lured in .... AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!
**update after response from Konstilo received** - I HAD contacted them - every week for 8 months and heard from them about 4 times telling me my refund was on the way. I never received it. SCAMMERS

It is unfortunate I did not read the reviews on here before parting with my money.

I ordered a desk in Feb and delivery was due 17th March. I sent several emails to check the delivery as I hadn't received a dispatch notice. They replied saying all was OK, until the day before when I was told that there was a problem with the item and that I would have to wait until some time in April for a possible delivery.

I asked for the order to be cancelled on the 18th March and have still received no refund despite them initially emailing to confirm they were asking accounts to refund me.

They now no longer reply to my emails.

Absolutely disgusting scammers, who take money from innocent people.
I ordered 3 mosaic decorative screens 2 months ago.
I, just like everyone else got told there was a delay in delivery. I patiently waited again, until my patience wore thin.
I emailed asking when my order would be despatched to receive (an obvious generic reply) stating ‘we will request your refund from our accounts department’.
I emailed back stating I hadn’t requested a refund?!! To get another reply - ‘we will speed up your refund’!! Getting angry now I fired off another email (by now a total waste of my time) to be asked ‘would you like to reinstate your order’ like an idiot said yes I didn’t cancel it in the first place.
Later I looked to see if it had just by some slim chance been despatched, oh how wrong could I be!! I login to find ‘you have no current orders’
Ok so by now I’ve completely lost the will to live and have steam coming out of my ears and now the Penny drops! I delve a bit further after my suspicions and lo and behold find a million other poor innocent people have gone through the same thing with these scamming scum bags!
AVOID THESE CRETINS! You will be grey by the time you get any joy from them, and will lose your money along the way.
I hope they die a slow death

To add scam to scam, after replying to my original review here below, they've got in touch saying they'd process the refund. After a few mails and another wasted month nothing has happened.
Do not attempt buy anything from them.

Ordered a tall cupboard in February, was told delivery would follow between end of March and 5th April. Asked for courier's name and tracking number and they were never provided. The status of the order hasn't changed since. I wish I had read the reviews earlier as it is obviously a scam.

I have been waiting for 5 months now for the completion of my order
On the 18.11.2020 I have ordered, nothing happened since then. Even the order status has not changed.
On the 05.01.2021 I get the message that I will get a Refund. Since then I am writing constantly emails (telephone is not available) and nothing happens!
Every time they excuse and say they will contact the account apartment asap.

I want my money back immediately. This is not funny anymore, this is a lot of money for me!

Edit: because I can not answer to konstilo's response.
I wrote to this email address dozens of emails. Only what I get is the same answer as I described above. Don't trust them.

EDIT2: On the 27th of April I have got an asnwer from Konstilo again. They told me they make a urgent request to the account department and I will get my money within a week. Still no refund...
