We were new to the foreign housing market being a expat and nervous not knowing all the laws of the land. We had conversations with many buying advisors but Komplet Køberrådgivning stood out as they were warm and friendly from the get go, along with providing tips and tricks on finding the right house from right source. Tue and his colleagues are very, knowledgeable, insightful, active and provide valuable guidance every step of the way that made us land into our dream home!

It was a 6 month long drawn process, but Tue was very patient and reviewed many house being by our side when ever we reached out. Being flexible without hesitation, it was like consulting with a family friend. His company is a one stop shop with vast knowledge in the area for buying advise, construction advisor, and also to complete important legal formalities of the buying process.

Tue helped us in many ways being expats we could not have thought off, and involving Søren for one of the house construction review was the best as it helped us with eye opening findings that saved us from landing in huge debts after purchase and was worth getting advise from him!

As a non-Danish speaking family, we have gone through a very complicated purchase from a property company, a huge thank you to Kompletkoeberraadgivning, we have managed to avoid many risks and achieved a 100% satisfactory result. 1. As a brand new apartment we have expected issue-free. Wrong! building expert Søren discovered loose tiles in the bathrooms that could potentially cause water damage, claim accepted by seller
2. As of takeover, some minor work has not finished, Kompletkoeberraadgivning successfully negotiated a term to have an amout reserved and freezed until the work is completed
3. Some very confusing terms in sales contract regarding ownership of an outdoor area has been discovered, a significant fee is recovered because of that.

All in all, huge satisfactory with Tue, Søren and Anne who all helped our family along the way. I would recommend their service to any Danish or English speaking buyer without a doubt!

Excellent advisory and guidance all through ... it has been so convenient all through the process. We never found any challenge speaking to them at any step during house purchase. I must say their work requries a lot of patience and so many eyes open to so many regulations. They guided us and explained each step along the process. And i must also say that through the inspection visits of houses, i learnt so much from such a capable and well versed building inspector.
