Highly recommended, especially for internationals. Fantastic experience with KKR who has helped us throughout the entire process to purchase our dream apartment. We went through all their services: Building inspection, Legal buyer's advice, Negotiation - We managed to avoid a ''deadly'' purchase of an apartment with a serious malfunction that could have costed over 200k to fix, then we also manage to get 25k down from the original selling price.
Special thanks to Tue and Anna who has walked us through hundred pages of documents, from the beginning of the process to even after the purchase has finalized. The dedication is impeccable!

Making the biggest purchase of my life as a foreigner is no easy feat, especially a house, which could be risky. From the start, I knew I needed a housing consultant. We were very happy with KKR's service and can strongly recommend them. The house buying process can be complex and complicated, as much as I have studied it in advance, there were still way too many questions I had which Tue always gave us advice on, even at odd hours or during the weekend, which is TOP service! There were certainly many strong emotions associated with the house buying process, and they always managed to calm us down. We have also opted for the price negotiation package, and they successfully negotiated 10% from the house even though the house was a "skuffesalg", in which case it tends to be harder to negotiate anything at all.

They were great! Clear communication and availability. We are very happy to have them as Buyer's advisors. Highly recommended.
