I collect my purchases at the NW store where the staff are really friendly and helpful. The clothes are reliably great quality and often slightly unusual. Love Komodo.

Unresponsive customer service. Parcel not received, no shipping details sent. Cannot even track where it is.

I purchased a few cotton items since I have eczema, the t-shirt was perfect but the scarf was itchy and so were the gloves on top of that they unravel quite quickly, they come with defect from the beginning
And with tags saying that they’re actually wool so why am I getting that in the first place?
I contacted them and they nicely sent me a new pair but same issue, a lot of it had imperfections again and they said that they’re having printing issues for the labels so idk
Wouldn’t recommend as it’s a bit dodgy

Organic cotton gloves are so hard to find, but this pair from Komodo are gorgeous. As someone with eczema who can't wear woollen gloves, these are perfect. Very quick delivery too - 10/10 for quality and service.

Absolutely thrilled with my new cashmere jumper, which arrived in no time.. It feels amazing and looks great. Been a big fan of Komodo since the 90's, and considering that I STILL wear my grey fleece jacket that I bought at Glastonbury in 1999 which still looks good as new after 25 years' of regular wear and washing (even the label inside the collar has survived the test of time!), that's what I call 'slow fashion' at its finest! That jacket and now my new jumper will very likely last me for the rest of my life at this rate! Bravo Komodo.. The quality of their clothes, their story, their ethos and CSR track record puts the mainstream labels in the shade.

I purchased 2 shirts for £95 2 months ago. Neither of these shirts looked like the pictures online so I decided to return them. Since then, I have received no updates about the status of my return. i have emailed twice and been ignored. A week ago, I decided to try them on Facebook and was told someone would email me that day. Needless to say I've heard nothing. I tried them for a second time on Facebook and have been ignored this time. I'm hoping this review will illicit some sort of response as I'm down £95 and have exhausted other options.

My order was promptly delivered, the fabric was high quality and fit well, albeit a bit too long for my legs. No complaints on online checkout either.

Beautiful jumper.

- Komodo seems fake to me: they have no FB page, and no possibility of giving a review.
- The dress I bought has a label Made in China, and I paid 150 eur for it (they claim to make their clothes in the UK)
- It is poorly worked like a fast fashion brand: not finished seems, threads all over the place, the material is transparent even though it’s corduroy.
- I didn’t receive an invoice for my purchase, even though I have requested one
- I have paid extra for express delivery where they guarantee it arrives in 2 days. Only after 2 days I got a tracking number, and the dress arrived after 4 days.
- Support is non existent, as there is no reply to any of my emails.
- One of the buttons sewn on the dress is from another brand, it’s for Stoney Creek.

Really great quality clothing, and some great help from the manager when one of my orders went missing. Helped resolve the issue in a timely manner, and will be ordering for them many more times :D

The order arrived very quickly and was nicely packaged. Unfortunately, the Wilson Parka that was delivered had a slightly different cut to the one in the photos.

Accidentally sent me the wrong socks but Tony in customer services sorted everything out with a very quick exchange and return process, thank you! And I love my socks too.

This is my third time shopping on Komodo, I honestly have to say this is my favourite brand. The clothes are such good quality and designed so uniquely, I had an issue with my order; it was resolved with SUCH ease through customer service- couldn’t recommend enough, i’ll be back!
