I ordered an LV blanket in December and…
I ordered an LV blanket in December and a poncho from what appears to be a sister company. The tracking finally said I received it but I didn’t. There are 2 other families where I live that have the same house numher as me but different street names. I’m checking with them now to see if they have them. I just checked the tracking on both and it says they were delivered about a month apart with the exact same time they were supposedly left at my door. I’m pretty sure now that they are scammers now that I’ve checked tracking details. I decided to come here and now I’m seeing these complaints. Stay away from them!!!!

This site is Fraudulent. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I placed an order on 12/13/25 and I’ve reached out to this store several times but they still haven’t replied. I ordered 3 blankets from there and haven’t received anything. I’ve even put a complaint thru Shopify but no response

I ordered early December and my order…
I ordered early December and my order was processed on 12th December. It’s been 6 weeks and although I know goods coming from the US can take some time, it would have been helpful to contact their customer service so they could track where the order was, but alarmingly emails bounce back from their sales email and there is absolutely no way to contact them, no customer service number, nothing.
