I was having repeated issues trying to link my Kofi to my Youtube account, and the error page mentioned emailing support so I did. Sometimes I'll just give up on stuff because I'm busy, but I'm glad I reached out because within a few days of back and forth diagnosing the exact circumstance, the issue was resolved and I was able to link my account. Support was very kind and quick to respond!

A simple search on Google show my prices in US $'s. They are NOT. Says there is a 14 day return policy. There is NOT. If Ko-Fi is going to make it up as it goes along, why bother with a SETTINGS button at all. Very disappointed in the inaccuracies and lack of engagement. People don't want to give their e-mail address just to LOOK.

I had a problem with a bug that made it impossible for me to download any file i purchased. The response from ko-fi's support was very quick and professional, the bug sas fixed less than 24hours later. The person who took care of the case was very competent, helpful and most importantly kind. One of the best experiences I had with any help service :)

This website is absolute trash. Some sellers are just stealing art and selling it, showing zero respect for the original creators' hard work. They're just money-hungry and disgusting. The platform doesn't even care—they just let them keep profiting from it.
Someone stole my art and my report got rejected? This site is just as trash as that thief. I keep reporting it and they keep ignoring me. Hilarious. Trash people belong on a trash site.
