Ko-fi support always looks out for the little guy ^_^

I don’t usually write reviews like this, but I genuinely feel like I have to.

Ko-fi support helped me through a situation that had me extremely stressed and honestly losing sleep. There was a transaction tied to my account that I didn’t make, and for a while it felt like I had no way to prove that or clear my name.

Daniel and the team stepped in, took the time to actually look into everything properly, and gave me clear answers. They confirmed what happened, removed the unauthorized activity, and helped me feel like I wasn’t just being brushed off or ignored. They had my back all the way though.

What really stood out to me was how human the whole experience felt. I wasn’t treated like just another ticket number and they actually listened!!!, they responded with care, and helped me through something that was genuinely weighing on me.

I can’t overstate how much of a relief this was. It meant more than just fixing a transaction it gave me peace of mind again to keep creating knowing that the facts are straight and its proven by the direct source and that justice can truly be served.

Thank you, Daniel, and everyone at Ko-fi support. You guys really came through for me, and I won’t forget what you've done for me. Ever!

Great Customer Service

After reactivated the gmail, which was terminated, I want to change to a new mail to avoid future issues, but I don't receive any code (OTP) from the old mail to do that, even after many times, even check the spam/junk mails.
They checked and helped me, and it worked!

Real, Excellent, Human (!!!) Support

I’ve used Ko-fi as both someone with a page and someone who subscribes to pages and the experience from both sides has been flawless. When I’ve needed help, the folks at Ko-fi went above and beyond; not only did I talk to real people (no AI here!), but the people I talked to genuinely cared and genuinely cared about how they could use my experience to make the site better for everyone. Love Ko-fi

I've used Ko-fi for purchases for a few years now. I can honestly say, I have never had any issues.
Lately, I have started my own small business and decided to use Ko-fi. I needed some help and used their direct messaging service. The replies were instant and they walked me through the process. Not only that, customer service emailed the next day to check if things had been resolved, and asked if I needed any other help. On their "free" service, they only take 5% of the sale, which is cheaper than many other online market places. Or you can upgrade to a monthly charge, and you don't pay any fees (highly recommend this for people who makes a lot of sales or high priced goods). I am also a real person, a real user, and this is genuinely my experience. I provide this review of my own free will.

Amazing support!!
