The wrong product was shipped, and the customer support team were slow to reply.

The three Huku Razor 🪒 sets were a bit later than anticipated but still on time and understandable because of high demand

They are beautiful but very disappointingly none of the three boxes had the actual blades included???? Just an empty little tin which obviously is destined to keep the blades in? And no explanation where to buy the correct blades or why they were not included

Really pleased with the selection and price point of their ethical gifts and products!

Excellent service and a great small business. Unfortunately I have had to return the jacket as it was slightly too small but I will definitely buy from KTO in the future.

Products were thoughtfully packaged, making sure to use as small a box as possible for both orders which other companies neglect to focus on! Delivery was very quick too.

Really impressed and very user friendly website. I came across this website by chance whilst trying to source a pair of Swedish trainers (from People are Vain) and didn't want to pay international postage from buying direct from Sweden. Not only were the shoes I wanted significantly cheaper then buying direct but I got free postage! They were sent out 1st class and were posted next working day and arrived the day after that which is great. Packaging is eco friendly and minimal yet enough to protect the product. They sell lots of ethical brands that otherwise are hard to get hold off from UK websites and they will definitely be my go-to website for all things ethical from now on!

I placed this order quite late before Christmas, and despite the border closure and other pandemic related issues it was delivered to Paris by the 24th. I haven't seen the parcel upon delivery (obviously) but the receiver was delighted with it. I also enjoyed browsing through the different options before making my purchase.. The gift bundles were great! I will be coming back to you for more presents in the future.
