Extremely disappointed and angry
Extremely disappointed with this webpage. When I checked out it automatically picked invoice, and I did not want to pay by invoice. I emailed customer service a few seconds later and it took days for a reply, which then I was told it was too late. And now I had to pay an extra 60kr for a reminder of an invoice I did not want!!! One reason why I didn’t want a paper invoice, I can’t read Swedish and I have no idea if I’m sent email reminders, as I delete all emails from this page. And another reason, I’m forgetful with paper bills as I get no notifications via sms, kivra or klarna, to pay on time. So because this websites horrible interface, and slow customer service, I’m out 79kr now. Never using this webpage, or other pages associated with it, ever again.
