Never ending wait

I ordered some yarn on the 3rd of March, and got no updates until today (12.03), just saying my order will be delayed even more. No compensation, no new estimate of when it'll be shipped- nothing.
I've always ordered yarn online and other shops are very professional, when something like that does happen, they at least refund or compensate for the trouble.
I will not be ordering again and if you are in a hurry, definitely don't order from this website.

Great Service

My order delivery was delayed due to the lack of stock of some of the items. However, there was always information in every step of the process. I could see that the affect items on my order could be delayed even before I ordered them. Then from order to delivery, I was informed by email of every step and status of my order.
