The day in question was nearly 4 weeks ago.

I have spent the last 4 weeks trying to find the words to encompass Katie McCreath's compassion, skill, etiquette, empathy, and sheer professionalism despite the circumstances.

Within a minutes notice Katie not only reviewed my case, gave excellent advice, and negotiated with prosecution on my behalf. Allowing for an excellent outcome.

Both Katie and the prosecution waived fees.

Katie went even further to help me draft a complaint against the original company whom I had paid to defend me.

The result of the complaint is unkown at this point but I needed to get thus review up to tell as many people as possible to get in touch with Katie McCreath @ KMC Legal for what ever it is you need..

Think of her as a genie in the lamp...

If she can sort it she will. If its not possible she won't delay in telling you honestly and advising mitigation....

Having started up a new business, the legal requirements and responsibilities were daunting and sometimes overwhelming. However, having made contact with Sophie at KMC Legal my mind was immediately put at ease. Mrs karen Wright at KMC Legal & Finance Solicitors is absolutely brilliant, i was in cannock Magistrates court in destress as i was told i was in court on the day of the hearing and had no solicitor, Karen could see i was visibly worried and invited
me over for a conversation, Karen then kindly said she would represent me with no notice and got an absolute cracking result, i couldn’t thank Karen enough, with my previous i was sure i was looking at a custodial sentence but Karen fought my corner and got me a fine witch was an absolute fantastic result, if your looking for a top class solicitor to fight your corner look no further, Ive had loads of solicitors in the past and they have been poor, but Karen really cares about her Clients and gets results.

Hayley was my appointed duty solicitor for an interview under caution for alleged accusations. She was very professional, respectful, but more importantly relatable and made me feel confident taking her legal advice. Without Hayley preparing my statement allowing me to express my understandings and a no comment interview I feel I would have been questioned by the police to try and incriminate me and told to accept a police caution to end the matter. This would have effected my opportunities find work being self employed. Highly recommend 10/10
