I ordered a pair of shoes with total…

I ordered a pair of shoes with total $34.00 but almost one month, I received nothing. Cann't contact by phone or email. Suddenly, you charge again $39.99. Total $79.99.
I never meet a business like this.

NEGATIVE 5 STARS!! 🤬

If I could give a negative star I would -5. They NEVER shipped my item but they created a label. Then about a month later they charged my card AGAIN which meant I gad to gave my card canceled due to the fraudulent charge. I tried to call but nobody EVER ANSWERS so I left a message saying they charged my card twice but NEVER sent my pillow. They NEVER even replied back. DO NOT do business with this company. My rule of thumb now is BEFORE I make a purchase through a shop that I don't know if first check "how to contact" them. If there isn't a number then I move on. If there is a number I will call it to get verification PLUS READ THEIR REVIEWS!!! I just don't understand these scammers.
This company is a fraud, false charges n you never receive your item. It's a headache.

Poor quality, poor customer service, fraudulent charges on credit card

Defective items that do not even work. Dollar Store items at a very inflated price. Refund process is a scam in itself. Still waiting for some sort of resolution/refund (been 2 weeks so far). In the meantime this company tried charging my credit card an additional 39.99 that i did not authorize. Upon reporting this fraudulent charge, my credit card was locked and I had to wait for a new card to be issued. Scam company, avoid at all costs! As an update.... Klyvera also goes by other names, kelvoshop, torinshop and declinedoctor. Once they have your credit card information these companies will start fraudulently charging your card. Cancel any card if you have done business with any of these companies.

DELAYED - AGAIN

I have not received my order yet, and it is overdue. I received an email this afternoon stating that my order has been delayed AGAIN. I have repeatedly requested a cancellation and a refund, and my request was refused. I can't speak to the quality and fit of the product, obviously, but this company needs to be investigated. Look at all of the complaints!!!

Just tried to order a mouse trap/ Updated review.

Just tried to order a mouse trap. Was ripped off. Maybe they’ll send me something, & won’t empty my credit card account. Who knows?
Update: I received the humane mouse trap, & it’s exactly what I ordered, & it was delivered on time.
I want to strongly advise your company to change the part of the transaction process, that gives the buyer the option of an extended warranty or something (I can’t remember exactly what it was, that was offered. I tried to decline, but was informed that I purchased it). Haven’t looked at bank statement, so perhaps they didn’t overcharge me after all.
*** Friendly advice, assuming your company is acting in good-faith, & wants to improve: CHANGE the part of the transaction, immediately after a purchase, when the customer is offered a warranty or whatever it is… The longterm success of your business depends on it.

Scam store designed to get your credit card info

They are often associated with unauthorized, recurring credit card charges, poor product quality, and non-delivery of items." I have experienced all of these issues. I ordered an item from Klyvera. It was never sent. I called Klyvera customer service and talked to Kitty about canceling the order. Kitty said she cancelled it and I would be reimbursed in 3 business days. They never reimbursed me. Instead, they sent the item i cancelled. They also attempted to charge my credit card an additional $39.99 from kelvoshop.com. This fraudulent charge was declined. The original item was delivered one month after the inital order. I called and talked to Laura about returning the unwanted, cancelled item. She said she would send a pre-paid return shipping label "right away" by email. Instead, I received an email 48 hours later letting me know I could return it at my own cost and I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee. I emailed them to request a pre-paid shipping label and then I called my credit card company to explore options. Stay away from this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!I ordered from this website yesterday. I immediatley received a text from my bank asking if I had made a $44.98 purchase from a different site. I said no, because my total was $34.94 and the site name was different. My bank then called me and said that I had 4 other charges trying to go through for the same amount from different named sites. So my card was cancelled and thankfully the charges were denied. I called the customer service number this morning, just to let them know what happened thinking maybe their site had been compromised. Well... the lady who answered was very short with me. She asked if I had ordered through Tiktok or Facebook and I said no I was on your website. She said ok i reported it and then hung up on me.

Big scam they are tiny and plastic received today

This is not even a one. Wrong size not even able to put six ounces in either mug we purchased. They are not crystal they are plastic. Big rip off I just received today and opened them then sent email I want my money back. This is a big lie. I would have added a pic I have a six ounce cup as reference in pic.

Stay away — they will cheat you!

Klyvera took my credit card number and then I got a screen that said “Wait, your order is not complete!” The screen “offered” “order protection “ for $9.99, and in tiny print under the offer was an option to decline it. Which I did, but the option was grayed out, so it was not selectable. In disgust I exited out of the webpage, but I was still charged the amount of my purchase AND the $9.99 fee. Had to spend half an hour on hold with my credit card company to release the hold on my card, and now I have to file a fraudulent charge claim. Stay away from this company!

If I could of given no stars I would

If I could of given no stars I would. Placed an order for a jacket, they Placed a 2nd order for me. I emailed them 5 times to cancel the order within 10 minutes they never did. Then charged me an additional $9.99 for some garbage warranty. Thank goodness my bank took care of it! I don't advise anyone to purchase from them.

Scam

Scam! Tried purchasing 1 seatbelt extension but their system charged me for three. I immediately called their customer service member and they assured me that they would cancel my order. After a few more minutes I noticed their system attempted to charge a fourth extender. I called him again and they said I was getting a full refund. 2 days later I get an email stating all of the extenders were on their way. I've sent them numerous emails and their customer service says too late it's in the mail but we'd be happy to offer you 30% off. Don't be a fool like I was. Don't shop at the store

Totally dishonest company

They are completely dishonest and portray to be a US company when in reality they are a Chinese company. I keep asking for a tracking number and receive something in Chinese not stating anything. The company also tried charging my credit card with other fraudulent charges. Had to cancel my credit card .

klyvera.com SCAMMERS!

On December 5, 2025, I ordered two items from this company — a pair of shoes and a winter jacket. I received only the shoes on December 30, 2025, and the jacket has still not arrived.

I have contacted customer support multiple times, but each time my call has been disconnected without any resolution. I have been unable to get a clear response regarding the missing item.

Based on my experience so far, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. I strongly recommend that others research this company carefully before placing an order. I wish I had reviewed customer feedback beforehand.

At this point, I am unsure whether I should continue pursuing the matter or consider it a loss. I would appreciate any advice on how to proceed.

Do not order from this company

Do not ordervfrom this company! Ordered gloves ,they offered extra protection for 9.99.I said no thanks.They charged me anyway.I canceled the order 5 secs later.They refused to cancel the order and sent it anyway after I repeatedly asked them to cancel.I am pursuing legal action against them.
