UPDATE: They have made 4 additional attempts to enroll me in the $39.99 "subscription". I had to get AMEX to issue a new card and BLOCK any future transactions. Original Review: My order was deliver... See more

Fraudulent merchant
Ordered some shoes, they sent wrong size. I have documentation of the size I ordered compared to what they sent. 3 calls and 4 emails with no response. During the call they say it will be handled today. It’s been 2 weeks. Contacting credit card and BBB to report fraud.

🚫 🚫 🚫 🚫BUYER BEWARE🚫 🚫 🚫 🚫 Klyvera is a SCAM. I ordered a car phone holder and it took 2 weeks to arrive broken. Poorly packaged and quality appeared cheap. I called Klyvera and was treated poorly and hung up on all 3 times and I was told if I called back I'd be blocked. I also emailed them with pictures of my broken car phone holder and won't hold my breath for a response back. I took further action and they will be notified. STAY AWAY FROM Klyvera. ***UPDATING MY REVIEW 04/13/26*** I checked my credit card to see if any action taken against Klyvera only to find out Klyvera made another UNAUTHORIZED charge to my credit card for $39.99 on 04/06/26 🤬
⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ⚠️

I received very poor quality items after a long time with no communication about shipping. I emailed customer service and they offered to refund me 1/2 of the cost but then never did.
I'm not to sure about this store
I'm not to sure about this store. the quality is reminiscent of what i would get from a local vietnamese store.
Kelvoshop is a BAD, BAD Business!
I ordered 1 pair of shoes for $25 .They charged my card $25 then $9.99 for no reason , then a week later they charged my card $39.99 for no reason. After that they sold my information to another outfit called KelmSale and that outfit charged my card _34.99.It is a real piece of shit company to do business with.
Scam City
Not only a terrible product they charged me without my knowledge an extra $9.99 for "special handling". Seriously?
Two day shipping morphed into two weeks.
Can you give zero stars?
Do not purchase from Klyvera
Do not purchase from Klyvera. Furthermore, make sure to read reviews before making any purchase online from any merchandiser.
I'm unhappy dealing with Klyvera. Klyvera is scummy. Ordering from Klyvera's website will include an insurance fee even if you select no. Klyvera's website does not tell you the expected delivery date until afterwards. Shipping is expected to take three weeks. Calling Klyvera to cancel the order is pointless. Klyvera's point of contact will put you on hold. Made sure I did what I can to take down Klyvera's scummy business. Good riddance.
Total Scam
Total misrepresentation of shipping time. Price charged was ten dollars more than price on website and was only displayed after transaction and received confirmation email. Unauthorized charge for "extended warranty". Several emails went unanswered. Customer support phone rings once then there's silence and you only hear music after waiting several minutes while they're probably hoping you hang up. Finally got through and requested they cancel my order and fraudulent charge immediately. We'll see if this actually happens.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
First minute of business with website, I was charged for some $9.99 insurance or something that I repeatedly tried to decline. I did get that sorted by a rude CS rep who basically yelled at me. Item did arrive but instead of 3 days it was 3 weeks - after the trip I needed the item for. Online order form "autocorrected" my email address so that I never received any communication or order number from them. When I called about this fact, the customer service rep was a thug and unbelievably rude. Now, I have been charged twice (so far) for the item and other mysterious charges are showing up on my credit card. I'm in the process of cancelling my credit card. I will be better about researching before ordering from an unknown retailer. I guess I learn this lesson about every 5 years. *sigh*
They look up to fraud.
This company is almost a complete fraud. They buy cheap tofu dreg material from red. China and rebranded as a workable product. When in fact it's pure garbage. I made the mistake by a back brace for men that came with no instructions. And was so flimsy and useless. That I just thought in the garbage can do not ever use this company for anything unless you just want to let go of your money and contribute to their fraud. Do they have a front and Boston, Massachusetts? But there are no more American.
Then a Russian living in Russia.
Scam
They'll never send my item and stole my money.
Never trust them .
Even you call customer service they will never going to resolve anything and never will refund your money
Sooo I got my stuf
Sooo I got my stuf. Some things were okay, like they worked or whatever, but some were kinda meh . Packaging was fine, delivery was sloooow
STAY AWAY!!!! CROOKS !!!!!
This company executives should be in prison!!!!
I ordered running shoes back at the end of February. My bank questioned the order (Suspicion of fraud) and I - didn;'t know better - approved the sale. When I could not get proper answers to my questions, I called and was told that as a compensation, they will send me a 20% compensation. What did I actually get? A FRAUDULENT ADDITIONAL CHARGE ON MY CARD YESTERDAY - ALMOST A MONTH AFTER MY PURCHASE !! This is something I see other people experienced. Also, I asked where the shoes come from and was told it will come either form Boston area or North Carolina. Where is it coming from in reality ? - From China. And here is another "cute" one: If you look at their website, they give you a head office address in Massachusetts. Now, go into "google maps" and look for that address. YOU WILL FIND A SMALL ABANDONED OLD BUILDING AT THE DEAD END OF A SMALL COUNTRY ROAD!!!
A BUNCH OF DISGUSTING CROOKS - NOTHING MORE!!!
I ordered a few things from here and……
I ordered a few things from here and… honestly, it was a bit of a mixed bag 😕. Some products looked okay and were fine quality, but others felt cheaper than I expected.
I got what I ordered but they tried to…
I got what I ordered but they tried to use my card 5 times for product and the warranty thing.
My bank killed my card so they couldn’t use it thankfully for me. I would NEVER order from them again EVER. Do so at your own risk.
Red flags
The baby monitor was sent to me as a link from someone I know. Since I trusted the someone I know, I didn't look into it and placed the order. After the main checkout page was completed, there was a splash screen that wanted you to pay an additional 9.99 to guarantee it would arrive in good condition, that it would be eligible for a refund, that you would be eligible for customer support and about 5 other weird things. That tripped my red flag meter and if I could have cancelled the order then, I would have.
It had the option to "continue checkout" with the 9.99 charge in a big button or a small grayed link under it that said "no thanks". I kept clicking the gray link multiple times on my phone to not purchase the 9.99 add on and nothing would happen. After about five or so times, the screen went away.
I immediately got a phone notification from my bank stating there was a charge for 9.99 that looked fraudulent and did I authorize it? I said no it wasn't authorized, which locked out my card. (Necessitated a trip to the bank to get a new card. Gee thanks.)
Additionally, there are multiple names running here -- the site is klyvera; the monitor charge.is from zapostore; the 9.99 charge comes from kelvoshop. When you e-mail their support desk at that domain, the canned responder comes from supportonlineshop domain.
I received multiple e-mail notifications with various excuses on why it would not ship right away despite the website and the checkout saying it would be delivered in two days. One states "Due to extremely high demand and tariff-related backlogs within shipping networks, there may be a slight delay, with delivery expected within 6–10 business days. We’re a small, couple-run team and a real person is personally reviewing orders as they move through this process."
One states "Due to the extremely high demand for your product and President Trump's new tariffs causing a backlog with shipping companies, please allow 6-10 business days for your order to arrive after it ships."
So the two day shipping promise is complete crap. They even have some nonsense that once they ship it, the tracking number may take another 3 days or so to be valid. They also state "In the next 2-3 business days, you will get an email stating that your order has been shipped (reply to this email immediately if you do not receive it - sometimes they don't send!)." On what planet does email just randomly not send?
I e-mailed them to cancel the order and refund the purchase. The generic response says they will reply back in the next 24 hours. We'll see.
An overseas company scam
Placed an order for shoes they automatically charged my $9.99 more than price. Had to email and demand my money back. A week later still no answer from the company which they say is based out of Massachusetts, lies it's an overseas company. I made 4 calls to the company and demanded a refund . All I got was BS . I have filed a complaint with my credit card company to try and get my money back
Avoid this company at all cost
First, they charge me four times for the same items and charge me for a warranty that I did not request. I waited weeks for the item and it looked nothing like the item pictured. The box was beat up and it appeared the hardware was missing or incompatible with the item received. Then upon delivery, they tried to charge me four times again for the same item. Stay away from this company. They present themselves as being in Massachusetts, but it appears that they go on Chinese websites, triple the price and then offer free shipping. I wish I could include pictures with this review. It's laughable.
scam scam scam scam
scam scam scam scam. Received immediate fraudulent charge pop up and called credit card company instead of selecting "Yes" in text. They had 1. charged me 26.96 instead of 16.97 and 2. while I was talking to the CC agent she reported 3 additional charges within minutes and all four came up as different names (the first one was torinshop.com). SCAM
