USELESS NO IDEA OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT

1 Star is really too much for them. A complete waste of time!
I did write to them 2 times on a JLO bracelet which was defective. The glitter on the bracelet just flakes off.
Since the item had an Italian tag and a website I contacted them. Moreover the same letter was also sent to them 2 times in Italian!
That totals to 4 emails! and no reply whatsoever. I am really frustrated and will never consider them again.
For all you out there BEWARE!!
