The italian chrome thinkers are a knock out of the park with their liighting design. Each fixture adds a touch of sophistication to my place and has a unique design to it. Klarako's support team was always quick to sort out any issue i had. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for modren lighting solutions! Every thing is ok but the delivery is 1 day late.

I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Klarako in the hopes of preventing others from encountering the same disappointment.

Despite their advertised "90-Day Risk Free Guarantee," my interaction with Klarako left much to be desired. I purchased eight lamps from them, anticipating both quality products and the reassurance of their guarantee. Unfortunately, none of that was accomplished.

The lamps began malfunctioning shortly after delivery, leaving me with eight non-functional items in a matter of weeks.

When I attempted to seek a refund within the specified guarantee period, I encountered resistance and refusal from Klarako. It became evident that their commitment to customer satisfaction was lacking.

In light of my experience, I strongly advise against engaging with this company. Their misleading advertising and failure to uphold their own policies make them an unreliable choice for consumers.

Professional modern light brand like none other i have used. I had a big order and the customer service was superb with delivering my order in safe conditions. I have had the lamp for four months now and they all work perfectly. absolutely love the designs Klarako has been recommended by me to so many of my business partners and i have wanted to write this review to pass on the message. Thank You!

I placed an order more than 1 month ago and still have the received it. Unacceptable!

2 weeks to delivery to italy, Arrived packaged nicely in Klarako bnrand packiging. Opened up to find my two Crystal lanterns looking exactly like the video. # months later, its the lamp iuse every night to light up my beside. 8/10

Bought 8x Klarako Crystal Lanterns for my home bar and the lights look exactly like exactly like the photos. Beautiful aura, luxurious design, with a modren feel to them.10/10

Took a chance with Klarako for the first time, and dang, they didnt dissapoint Quick delivery, packaged well, and the main, and the main delivery issues I had were sorted out pronto by their customer service.

They are very quick to take your money; very slow to deliver the product you paid for or refund your money. I ordered 2 Reno Floor Lamps in January. I followed up when the order hadn’t shipped after 3 weeks. At first they claimed the order was ready, and I even received a fake shipping notice, before they eventually admitted that the lamps weren’t available in the color I ordered. They stopped responding when I asked about the status of my refund, so I eventually just filed a chargeback with the credit card company.

Had an issue with my address being super remote but solved it with customer service. Got my lamps perfectly packaged and they look great on both my night tables. Highly recommmended

Just added 8 Klarako Crystal Lanterns to my crib, and boy, do they set the mood right! Super luxurious feel and they fit right in with my decor. Only snag was a tiny delivery hiccup, but Klarako's support team sorted it out fast 9/10 for me!

First-time purchasing from Klarako so naturally had my doubts. Delivery was super quick. The lamp arrived safely packaged. I did face a bit of an issue which the customer service rep took care of right away with no problems

Recently invested in 6 Klarko Crystal Lanterns for my front porch and they absolutely exceeded expectations. The ambiance they create is simply enhanting, blending opulence with a contemporary edge flawlessly.

Lovely LED Motion sensor lights that came and deliverd to my address in under 2 weeks. I use them for drawers in my room and they are a complete gamchanger!

It's very cute, but the light emitted is fairly weak. The chief issue is battery life. On a full charge, the lamp works perhaps 30 minutes (not continuous) before I starts turning itself off after a minute or two. I've got to stop falling for these internet companies.

Ordered off an Instagram ad- after a couple days of browsing i bought one from a much cheaper company and it came completely broken. Reordered from Klarako and their lamp still works perfectly to this day.

Recieved the Luminious Elegance lamp for my homw office a couple months back. Came in secure packaging & it looks lovely in my office.
