Look the touch feature. Don't have to fumble to find the switch. Great light to read a book before bed. Doesn't take up much room on my side table.

Had a big order so took longer than expected but was told they were doing additional QC - all lamps arrived in perfect condition and are now used in the outside seating from my bar.

One of my lamps was damaged during transit so got sent a replacement - other than that, the lights are gorgeous.

Improved designs from when Klarako first opened as business - i am long term buyer, so always happy to see a business improving their services and products.

I use the candlelight aroma as a diffuser and a lamp, and its probably my favorite piece from Klarako the I've bought.

I ordered two crystal lantern lights back in February of this year. Both of them have had problems where they just stop charging and illuminating after a few months of use. I’ve contacted customer service now twice and made a video and have gotten replacements twice now. Original dies, replacement dies, replacement of replacement dies. Now the third replacement died.

I contacted customer support and they said I’m out of the 180 day window for support since it’s based on the original ship date??? This product looks beautiful but has some kind of massive design problem. I’m shocked that customer service will not help me given these things have a timer on when they stop working.

Ordered two lights from Klarako that arrived damaged but they immediately resent and I’ve just received to replacements which are beautiful. So happy with the product and the outstanding service.

I'm giving the most thorough review possible since I bought four different lamps-Thinker Brothers, Crystal Lantern, Minimalism, and Stem Illumintor. I run a You Tube Channel where I test different lights to capture unique shades for my videos. I have to hand it to Klarako-all four lights felt incredibly high quality and impressive. I should've bought two of each, though this purchase was mainly for review purposes.

I ordered 2 lamps and one arrived broken. Klarako responded immediately to my concern and ordered a replacement. I love the lamps and would order again from this company because I love the product- but I would also order again from this company just because of their outstanding customer service! I have never experienced such quick and thorough response!

These lights, at first glance seem solid and work as promised. Problem is, over time they don't hold a charge. Mine used to last a week. After 6 months of use, now the charge lasts maybe 3 hours. And that's for 4 lights. All the same. Great concept, but cheap inner workings. By Christmas, I'll probably toss them out because I don't want to have to charge them every day to get a couple hours out of them.

My home office workstation now has the levitating Tesla light, which I recently purchased and it encourages me to work creatively. What a wonderful work by klarako!

I recently received my Gold Thinker Bothers Collection lamps, and they are truly enchanting—captivating the attention of every guest who visits. Assembly was effortless, and the shipping to Montreal was impressively quick, arriving just six days after I placed the order.

I ordered on 10/24….10 days later I can not get a response on status. All I want now is a refund and no one will answer my request. This company is a complete scam.

I chose some cheaper options without warranty and also went for the more expensive lamps from Klarko that came with a 6-month warranty. Ironically, the lamps with the longer warranty have never broken, while the cheaper ones failed within a month.

My experience with klarako was outstanding. The product was dispatched swiftly from abroad, and they provided regular tracking updates through email. the sole issue arose four months later when one of the lamps started to malfunction. However, since it was still under warranty, they replaced it without delay.

Awesome light! I plan to buy more from Klarako. The packaging was also very study.

I'm really pleased with this product! The light gives off a shooting orange glow that beautifully illuminates my room. The packaging was appealing, and the QR code for instructions was a useful touch. Excellent customer service!

My friend introduced me to Klarako, but almost ended up buying from a fake company that was copying them. I'm so glad I went with the real Klarako. The quality of my lights is exceptional, and they arrived safely here in Singapore!
