Their clear and fair return policy made exchanging a lamp an easy decision. Swapped it with no issues when my room’s decor changed.

The lamp is stylish. It’s good for mood lighting or detailed work.

The Eclipse table lamp had lot of promise with its minimalist design, but the touch sensor is a bit finicky. Sometimes it's perfect, other times I have to tap several times. The design fits beautifully with my study, but I wish the functionality was as reliable as the aesthetics.

Ordered 2 lamps. One worked and the other nothing. I charged the non functioning one with their cable til there was a green full charge light. Nothing. I watched their help video. Nothing I contacted the company with my PO number, etc and a video. Their excuse was the video was blank. After 1 month of re uploading, blah, blah blah, showing a non functioning fully charged lamp they are now using the cable as a reason to deny a refund despite. Stay clear of this company.

After this was posted i received an apology and a refund. Use your own judgment

Its been a month since i ordered the items…they were returned to supplier for reasons i was not informed of and i am unable to get the items now, dont know if it will come or not .. dont know if i will get my money back, experience is an absolute scam and they dont respond

I mistakenly entered the wrong delivery address for my order of 4 klarako Crystal Lanterns, but the team went above and beyond to redeliver them at no extra cost. Such a forgiving and thoughtful approach is rare, and the lanterns are truly breathtaking!

I loooove this lamp. i love the look and it's really sturdy and as nice as the pictures make it seem, the size is perfect, not too big onor small. Easy to charge, lasts long, and touch sensitive. i wouldn't say i'm too industrial in my home but it's versatile enough to be in any space. i gave it four stars because i think it's so silly to have it go from the most dim setting to the brightest setting.

I ordered 2 Lamps, sight unseen. They are super high quality, gorgeous, and reliable. I've had them for about a year now and they look and work just as well as they did on day one.
