Stuck in hotel lobby for 3 hours due to mess up by VIO.com
We paid in full on refundable amount for hotel room and we’re in shock to find out that we couldn’t check in since there was a glitch on the part of this company and the hotel staff were trying constantly but not getting paid by this company so we stayed in the lobby for hours trying to reach the staff at VIO and once we got hold of them the assistant told us it would be a two hour wait to solve the problem. He refused to give us a phone number to reach out to him saying the company forbids giving out the phone number. The VIO company has no phone listed anywhere.
They would not give refund and we couldn’t be checked in. My credit card has been charged already.
If I don’t hear from them in the next hour I will have to file legal complaint against this company on BBB.
I don’t know how to get my money back from them.
My daughter and I are still waiting outside in the lobby. It has been 2.5 hours already.
Never trust a company who doesn’t have a phone number to contact them.
