Kits.ca really shocked me 😳. With all the chaos happening and especially online nowadays … I was skeptical, but I was intrigued by the Kits.ca eyeglasses for Canadians 🇨🇦 offer. At best, I expected to possibly and maybe eventually get what I had paid for (which was little). However, it was truly amazing! Despite my very demanding eye prescription, Kits.ca built stylish eyeglasses that bring me joy😸. In fact, I was so satisfied that I have already ordered the prescription sunglasses to match. I have always wanted sharp-looking sunglasses and Kits.ca has made it an affordable reality. So I made this review because I wanted to show my appreciation of the Kits.ca customer service team and inform other Canadians that affordable and quality eyeglasses are being made in Canada 🇨🇦by Kits.ca. Is terrible Customer service! Raises the price at checkout, hidden fees. Charges an extra $27 for giving you a discount. That's right bait and switch by Kits contacts and glasses. Finally, they will not have contacts in stock because of their Ponzi scheme so you will wait weeks to get your Kits order.

Good prices on contact lenses, plus a surprisingly quick delivery - I received my lenses just four days after ordering them.

This was my first purchase from Kits, and I am impressed! My glasses arrived quickly, fit perfectly, and the style is exactly what I was looking for. I’m especially impressed by the quality, they feel well-made and durable. They also did a great job with my reading prescription, everything is crystal clear. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I ordered 2 pairs of very stylish glasses for a fraction of the price! On one of the pairs I mistakenly ordered distance when I needed reading. The customer service was amazing! I was able to upgrade my order very easily and again at a great value. I'm so impressed.

Had a problem with my order. The customer service rep ( Emma) was knowledgeable, professional and solved the issue promptly.

I didn't have to wait long to speak to a customer service representative. They were very kind and helpful. I wasn't even aware that I had the choice of keeping the glasses I wanted to return and ordering another pair for the same value at no cost! Glasses are shipped promptly, and they seem to be of good quality.

I ordered 24 days ago and still don’t have my glasses. They lost the first order and said they were shipping the replacement order rush delivery. Unfortunately they used the shipper UniUni and I have little confidence about receiving my glasses any time soon.

I continue to be pleasantly surprised at the customer service offered by this company. this was my 3rd time ordering. this time Emma, helped me and I was very impressed.

the glasses I've received are great value and great quality. (the Gleam glasses I got look and feel great)
and if something goes wrong with the order, the customer service team will make it right. oh, even the delivery was quicker than expected.
I have no reservations to strongly recommend.

Emma was great! I made a mistake and entered the wrong prescription on one of the glasses I ordered, so I called to see about exchanging it. While on the phone, I realized the frames were not the right fit either. So, Emma not only changed the frames for me . . . she used a coupon code to get me the newer frames for the same price as the ones I couldn't use - because I made a mistake!!
I am rarely blown away by customer service, but in this case I really and truly was. Thank you so much; what a fantastic customer service experience!

The customer service is amazing, they helped me more then I expected as I made a mistake on my order and they replaced my order completely with a new frame as I wasn’t totally happy with the frames I’d originally chosen and upgraded lenses, and refund as well. Super happy with kits. Thank you! 😊
