After a membership fee was mistakenly…

After a membership fee was mistakenly deducted from my account without my knowledge and consent, Kitchencentro acknowledged the error and willingly cancelled my membership and promised to refund the membership fee. Good escalation support from Paula.

The employee is very helpful

The employee is very helpful. He has helped me to solve such a big problem. I really appreciate what he has done for me. He also made that problem to be easier than I thought.

Sorry, but i don't need any subscription and i please you to send the money back to my credit card. Thank you. Best regards. Dieter
Now we have end of December and you still didn't send the money back to me. It seems to be the business philosophy in your company. I'm really sorry for this and so much disappointed. Dieter
