Terrible customer service. Dress descriptions are inaccurate and they don't even anwer questions accurately if you ask before ordering. If you do order, never accept a gift card as a refund even if you are planning on exchanging.

Ordered a dress several weeks prior to prom. The shop emailed me and asked the date of the dance to be sure it was shipped in time. I gave them the date and they did not ship the dress until THREE DAYS before the dance. We are on the east coast and it was shipping from CA. It arrived FOUR DAYS AFTER PROM. Why the delay? Why even ask if they didn't intend to ship it in time?
Once the dress finally arrived, it looked nothing like the picture, horrible cheap quality and the color is off.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!
Don't believe the response below. I have contacted customer service multiple times with NO response The only way to contact them is via email and they don't respond. I will take this up with my credit card company.

Very disappointed with my experience. The dress arrived in a damaged box and the dress itself was dirty and clearly not in acceptable condition. I immediately sent photos documenting the issues, yet I’m still being charged $78 to return a dress that was completely unwearable. Customers should not have to pay expensive return fees for items that arrive damaged or defective. Extremely frustrating experience, especially for something as important and time-sensitive as a prom dress.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Kiss Prom. I placed an order on 3/24/26 and paid an additional $24.99 for express shipping, yet my dress was not even shipped until 4/9/26 and was not delivered until 4/15/26. This was only after multiple emails and phone calls trying to get updates on the order.
Because of the delays, we decided to return the dress. The return was signed for by the company on 4/24/26, but my refund was not processed until 5/20/26 — nearly a month later. On top of that, they deducted $63 from the refund amount.
None of the shipping or refund timelines matched what is advertised on their website. Paying extra for express shipping was a complete waste, and the return process was just as frustrating. Customer service was unhelpful throughout the entire experience. I would not recommend ordering from this company if you need your dress by a certain date or expect honest shipping estimates and timely refunds.

I purchased a dress on February 9, and it did not arrive until March 28. When I reached out about the delay they told me it was "in production". I ordered a stocked dress. When the dress finally arrived, it was different from what was represented on the website. I contacted the company the same day to request a return.
Initially, I was told the dress could not be returned because it was a “special order,” which was inaccurate. After further communication, the company acknowledged it was not a special order, but the process then turned into weeks of negotiation. It took more than three weeks of nearly daily communication to reach an agreement regarding the return. They kept negotiating the restocking fee.
After I shipped the dress back and it was received by the company, they still delayed issuing my refund. For another 10 days, I was repeatedly told to “be patient” while they were “working on it.”
At that point, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and filed a complaint with my state’s Attorney General’s office regarding what I believe to be unethical and deceptive business practices.
This was one of the most frustrating online purchasing experiences I have ever had. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage potential customers to proceed with caution.

First time buyer for first time prom attendee. Ordered middle of March (15..I think. Somewhere around there) for a May 2nd prom. I panicked of course as I thought it would be at least a month. Received it April 24th. It was packaged beautifully. I fit my daughter to the tee!!! The dress was drop dead gorgeous!!! She looked like a princess!!!! She received so many compliments. She shared the website, listing Kadel to help for assistance. As his response to calm my nerves as I never have ordered a prom dress on the internet. Always used local stores. Too bad I couldn’t include a picture of her wearing the dress. As she looked stunning!! Good job Kissprom!!! You have my vote for next prom or event! Next time ordering 2 1-2 months early, LOL!
